Britney Thanks I'm not surprised, did you say you were looking after 30 kids yesterday? That's enough to drive anyone to food! I 'only' have 4 kids and they are more than enough 😬. I feel exactly the same though, I think we just need to stick with it a bit longer and it will start to show like shedders said, it's almost like we need to keep going and then the weight will drop all of a sudden.

Gard sorry to hear all that you've been through but well done on the weight loss, you need to be looking after yourself at the moment though and not worry about your weight

Thanks everyone, just had a bit of a sad moment last night after a shit day at work and a crap time out with my friends! I had a Chinese takeaway as my lunch and dinner yesterday and it was so nice. But I felt fatter last night than I ever have! It was so weird

Well done shedders - that’s great!! Britney - hope you are doing ok. It’s a very slow process - frustratingly so. Each day you make some good choices it’s a step in the right direction. Slip ups happen all the time. It’s going to take time and that’s the right pain in the a**e bit!!! Keep going - you will be so glad you did.

Thank you, I've got about 2.5stone to lose. Aiming for a 10-12 and currently 14-16.

Haven't actually decided how though.. I'm all or nothing so thinking a vlcd would work for me as if I have cals/syns/points to play with I go off the rails which is what's been happening for months now, I'm good, I have a little bit of choc then I full on binge. Need to stop that cycle.

I've got a winter coat I don't fit into and a holiday in sept so need to get my arse in gear.

I'm like you Logic all or nothing! I find exercising helps as it makes me eat healthier but I've not been able to for the last few days and it's looking unlikely tonight as DS4 is not going asleep!! 👿

My friend did a vlcd and lost weight but OMG, she just looked ill! It's put me off going down that route and I'm trying to slowly change my lifestyle to eat healthier and exercise but I've not got a holiday to aim towards!

😂 my winter coat is the same, it looked sprayed on last year it was so tight 🙈

Last year I could do the zip up but 1 it didn't look pretty Confused and 2 I couldn't bend down or move in it! Blush (Ds was my slave every time we went out!)

I'm think I'm going to be aggressive til October then find a way to do it more long term after holidays and birthdays are over. Already feeling positive now I've found somewhere to talk about it and even charging the Fitbit ready for tomorrow!

Morning ladies. Well I’ve definitely had some sort of a whoosh. Another pound gone this morning. So 4 pounds in total. I feel like my fat cells were holding onto it for dear life and then they just gave up and let it go. So please, all you guys stuggling and scales not moving. Stick with it. It will happen. If u can just keep going and not give in. I’m so pleased I kept going and now I feel elated. 11 pounds to go to my holiday target. So it’s monday. We are here again. A new week. A new start for some of u. What’s the plan !

How are you feeling today Britney? It's completely ok to have a wobble. Remember this is long term & not just a fad diet so if you have a bad day you can just get back on it tomorrow. Sorry you're feeling low but we are all here to cheer you up! Flowers Brew

I'm going to weigh myself at the weekend I think. I had a couple of meals out the last couple of days & although I stayed under my calorie goal it wasn't the most healthy of food so I'm feeling a bit yuck & bloated

Well done everyone with your losing and exercise. I dragged myself round my running loop today - no energy and then was famished when I got back. Avoided the dairy milk that is calling to me from inside the fridge. Welcome to our newbies - great to have more people on our weight loss wagon!!!

Hello all

I’ve read your lovely supportive thread and would love to join you. I’ve got 2st 8lb to lose which is the most I’ve needed to lose in a very long time. My lovely ds is now 13 weeks old and I know I need to change my eating habits of a lifetime in order to set a positive example for him.
Current weight: 12st 5lb
Target weight: 9st 11lb

I will do this!! My biggest issue is snacking between meals. I really need to use water to stop myself from eating. Exercise will also be key, I must ensue I’m walking as much as possible.

Looking forward to the journey will you all.

Hello hello, morning all, welcome all newbies. Grin well done ok the 20,000 steps logic. That’s great Work. So proud of myself. It was someone’s birthday at work yesterday and we went to Nando’s for dinner. I actually chose a mixed leaf salad with chicken breast !!! HaloSeeing some results definitely gives u that extra motivation. I’m still listening to the app and have not snacked in between meals for 4 days so I’m pretty impressed. Hope u are feeling better soon britney well done everyone who’s trying hard. I hope u see some results for all your hard work. Have a great day all Smile
