Although I did have a bite of a cheat breakfast; two poached eggs, two pieces of smoked salmon and a toasted muffin with salad. It was delicious though Grin

Rufus this was my diet before, roughly:

Breakfast: bacon sandwich (2) or Frosties
Lunch: ham and cheese panini or pizza or chips
Dinner: pizza or chicken nuggets and chips or fried eggs with bacon and toast or something as bad as that.
Snacks: wine, bar of chocolate or whole bag of salty popcorn or a big bag of Doritos, you get the picture. Lots of Diet Coke too.

Diet now:
Breakfast: fruit or scrambled eggs on a piece of whole meal toast
Lunch: turkey roll on brown bread with tiny bit of butter or a jacket potato with salad or low fat cheese on rice cakes.
Dinner: chicken fillet (grilled) with broccoli or salmon and broccoli (sometimes carrots as well) or (if I hadn't had one for lunch) a jacket potato with salad.
Snacks: carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, lots of fruit and the OCCASIONAL packet of crisps (one this week), ryvita and marmite. I also now drink a lot of fizzy water and green tea and normal water, had one can of Diet Coke this week.

So I think it was the cutting out crappy stuff like chips and pizza that led to this much loss this week, I think it'll slow down now but hopefully I'll still lose a bit every week Smile

Britney looks amazing! I have 4 kids so I have to colour code their presents from Santa. I bet you have all that wrapped in November? I was up till 4am wrapping last year🙈 never again!

Oph you have done amazing and even if the weight loss does slow down it's a still a fantastic start. I'm also on the green tea, don't think I could diet without it Brew

I forgot to take my chicken out to defrost and my internet shop is due tonight so ballsed up a bit really so I ended up having half a tuna mayo (light) salad wrap with a few stolen actifry chips.

Was so hungry afterwards thought that I've just ended up having a bag of crisps...bit annoying really but I'm just off for a bit of a run now with DD on her bike so hopefully will burn off the calories 🙈🏃‍♀️

Well done Ophelia - you must be delighted - well deserved after all your hard work!! I broke out on these long blue sugary jelly snakes that belonged to my son - felt v guilty but boy were they SO delicious!!! Went for a run this evening to try and recoup the calories. I have a wicked sweet tooth!!!

Only 100 calories! Well, I guess I burnt off my roysters and not much else!

My run never really went to plan, I was only doing day 1 of a C25K type plan but we had to keep stopping as so many dogs out and DD is scared of them, plus I got off to a bad start when the kids in the street asked why I was going out in my PJ's!!! I wasn't!!!!

Hope you are feeling a bit better this morning Britney. Crap days are inevitable - we will all have them time and time again. But we will hop back on the wagon altogether and off we go again. It’s a bumpy ol ride. I will keep falling off into a sea of crisps - my downfall!!!!
