Could be Quim I don't suffer much, just rape season. I start getting headaches, then itchy runny nose. Then it's don't and dusted for the rest of the year. As the say all losses are good. The dress is lovely, lots of that style about last time I shopped (though that was last summer Blush) so you should find something in the style that fits well to your shape.

I'm a Linda down this morning. In fact I'm 4 down sinc Monday but only 2 down on the averages.

Hoolahoophop · 20/04/2018 11:40

Well done Stella and Sesame and Star for Boop on attitude. Grin

I'm off to did for worms in the garden with dd.

Therealjudgejudy · 20/04/2018 12:43

We have Sun in Ireland...woohoo!

Gym done, 1hour walk done. Now to make a mango, kiwi, spinach and kale smoothie for lunch. This weather is such a health kick. Hope everyone has lovely weekends planned Smile.

QuimReaper · 20/04/2018 13:42

BOOP that is gorgeous but I think my arms are a bit podgy for that kind of cutaway. I've got this pad of fat which kind of cleaves at my underarms which I've become weirdly conscious of!

Also I'm after something blue.

Please bring any suggestions if anyone finds any more! Ideally a bit of a sleeve, blue in colour, and that's the whole brief!

SesameSparkle · 20/04/2018 14:18

Lovely dress quim, whistles may do their new season 20% off at some point soon.

I also have weird underarm fat, Blush so although I can now wear sleeveless, I always need to look at the line of the garment to draw the eye away from it.

Namajesty · 20/04/2018 14:27

Hit 15,000 steps today. Yesterday only counted 5,000 but to be fair my phone was in the house while I was gardening.

The weather is great here and congrats to all with the losses.

twinkledag · 20/04/2018 15:32

Lush frock @QuimReaper!

Well done on the not giving any hoots @BitOutOfPractice!

Chuck those shorts this way @HairsprayBabe! I'm a size 12 Grin

Am 1.5lbs down so far but I could've done sooooo much better this week! I promise to be good from tomorrow and get back to exercising too.

Waves to everyone else!

BitOutOfPractice · 20/04/2018 15:50

I'm very happy to be a size 12. Started off at 18-20!! In fact I just tried a jump suit on and had to say the magic words "do you have this in a 12 please" to the assistant. Always makes me smile Grin

Quim I'll have a little google later. Like I said that dress you linked is gorgeous.

Well done BOOP Grin

ponygirlcurtis · 20/04/2018 21:25

Wow BOOP, that's an amazing achievement to get down from 18-20.

I have had a reasonable week. But tomorrow I have a rare lunch/drinks out with a friend so I suspect I will consume a week's worth of calories via alcohol. But a girl has to go out sometimes. Smile

poorpaws · 20/04/2018 22:31

Quim love the blue dress, it’s absolutely stunning.

I’m re-starting healthy eating tomorrow. I won’t bore you with the amount of food/desserts/chocolate I’ve consumed in the last three weeks or so. I went clothes shopping today for the first time in ages, I felt so fat!

HairsprayBabe · 21/04/2018 07:57

They are actually very very old shorts, I believe my mother bought them for me when I was doing my Alevels 😂

Scales are back. 9.11 so a 5lb gain on my last weigh in nearly 2 months ago!
Pretty pleased with that and it will be much easier to get back on with it now the scales are back

Softpebbles · 21/04/2018 09:07

Hair that's not so bad considering the last bits came off under quite a bit of stress. You should be pleased. X

twinkledag · 21/04/2018 09:22

I'd love to be 9 11 Envy

BitOutOfPractice · 21/04/2018 09:26

Not bad Hairspray!

OP posts:
lastqueenofscotland · 21/04/2018 10:28

Hairspray that’s not bad at all!

SesameSparkle · 21/04/2018 10:49

Sounds good hair

boop I was a size 20 for most of my adult life, up to 22 at my biggest. Started losing in 2012 and haven't looked back. I still get a kick out of asking for size 12s or 10s.

Sun is shining here and I'm off to yoga in a bit. Have a lovely weekend all!

KickBishopBrennanUpTheArse · 21/04/2018 11:16

Morning all. Hope everyone's got a fun weekend planned in the sunshine Smile

I've been lurking but not posting for a couple of weeks now. Not much to report. I'm still hovering around 10 10. Average for last week and this week is 149.9. I'm aiming to keep it below 150.

I've got a new plan. I've been following a pattern for the last couple of months where I start each week with good intentions, stick to 1200 cals for about 2-3 days then it all gradually goes downhill and I feel like a failure.

I've realised after 3 months of this my weight has stayed within 2lb of 10 10 the whole time. So that's my new maintenance plan. If I want to lose the last 6 or 7 lb I'll have to massively reduce calories full time for around 3 weeks but I'm not sure now is the time (too much exam and work stress in our house)

I'm going on a big holiday in July so I aim to stay at this weight until then and review afterwards. Not sure if I'll gain or lose on holiday. I normally lose because I'm more active and don't eat as much in the heat but we're going to slightly posher hotels this time so there might be more temptation Grin

BitOutOfPractice · 21/04/2018 11:52

Funny you should post that kick because I had the same conversation with a friend yesterday. That's exactly my pattern. Good in the week, blow out weekends. I have been the same weight basically for 9 months. So I guess I have the same maintenance plan as you

Managed to run 24 minutes flat at parkrun this morning. So annoyed it wasn’t 23:xx Angry

HairsprayBabe · 21/04/2018 16:38

Dieting is horrible! I hate it and I am starving!

Day one back on it is going well slenderistas 😂

FizzingWhizzbee · 22/04/2018 07:59

Morning all - I'm back from a lovely holiday. I wasn't going to weigh this morning and leave it until tomorrow (new week new average and all that). But DH weighed and showed only a 3lb gain which encouraged me.

I'm 6lb up. 6!!! SIX!!!! I'm back up to 12st 12!

Oh well. A chunk of that will be fluid (I've mainly only drunk tea and wine and I've eaten a lot of salt). Lots of water and back to sensible eating with everything logged. Hopefully it'll be a case of easy on, easy off. Any bets on how long it'll take me to get back to 12st 6?

Hoolahoophop · 22/04/2018 08:47

Sounds like my kind of holiday Fizz I'll give you two weeks. Grin

Hoolahoophop · 22/04/2018 08:53

Pretty good result hairspray was your parkrun hot last? Love the sun but makes exercise so much harder.

I came on for breakfast ideas. All winter I've been eating porridge, I'll weighed a portion that come in at around 200 calories, is tasty and keeps me full until lunch. But I don't fancy it in winter. What do you all have in the mornings?

Also a little jig, this morning showed my weeks average down 2lb on last week and this morning no gain after a more relaxed Saturday so I'm hoping for not too much weekend damage.

FizzingWhizzbee · 22/04/2018 09:00

I'd be very happy with 2 weeks, Hoola - and yes, it was pretty awesome Smile

I like overnight oats in summer - made with milk, fat free yoghurt, grated apple and cinnamon. I also like to top it with some dried cranberries and flakes almonds, but that does up the calories.
