This is my heaviest. Looking a boy of a chubba and wouldn't allow many pics to be taken.

Max was 18st size 24, lowest was 10st6lbs.
My most comfortable weight is 11st size 12.
Currently size 16 and 14st, gained due to medication but am now losing again. No pictures!!

I don't weigh myself, but generally a small ten and a large sixteen. I'm five eight. Currently a small twelve on my way back to a ten, which is where I try to maintain. I've only went up a handful of times to be fair, but I have the ability frighteningly easily.

8.5 stone at 18
Maybe 12 stone at 22? (all beer!)

Happiest now at 10st but I'm pushing 40

Heaviest 15 stone and size 18-20. Lightest 9 stone 3 and size 8, currently 9 stone 8 and size 8-10. Happiest at 9 stone 5.

Came off plan in December, put on 10lbs and it's been so difficult to get it back off! Lost 4lbs of it but another 6 to go... I'd actually like to get down to 9 stone but focusing on getting these 10 off first ...

I like to be around 11st and a half, at my lightest I lost my curves and looked quite gaunt in the face (even at my heaviest I had a quite angular face) I'm fairly tall so carry extra weight well, the Dr did a double take when they weighed me at over 16st.

12 stone the first day I weighed after giving birth (about 5 days post partum).

8 stone in my mid 20s. Terrible unhealthy lifestyle - all drinks and cigarettes and no proper meals.

My idea weight is probably around 9 and a half.

Slimmest: 8st 10lb (lasted about a month )

I’m about 9.5st now and comfortable with it.

Two and a half years ago I was 14st 5lbs. (I'm 5' 10", was a size 16-18). Then I went down to 11st (size 10-12). I've since crept back up to 13st 7lb but am back on my way down again now. Currently 12st 10lbs and aiming for 11st again.

17 stone seems to be my creep to point. I lost 2.5 stone, kept it off for a year, then various things happened and I stopped controlling what I eat. I have crept back to my original weight but not put any on. I have a wide, strong frame so I carry it relatively well. I got down to about 11.5 between pregnancies. At my absolute thinnest, at about 16 - 23, I was 10.5.
I couldn't be any thinner than that though.

Lightest 6.5 stone. (I was sick). Heaviest 10 (fat young teenager). Adult weight has settled at 8 and three quarters but I'm more comfortable at 8. (Too lazy to change it though)

Lightest 8st. Late teens, was riding several horses every day, plus cycling at least 10 miles.
Heaviest 10st 10lbs. At around 40. I looked awful, despite only being a size 12. I have a small frame, (narrow shoulders, tiny hands and feet), and I just looked...swollen. My face was so puffy my eyes were disappearing.
Currently 9st 9lbs, would like to get down to around 9st.

Heaviest 10st10 age 21. Heavy drinking student.

Lightest 8st3. After being very ill.
