10 stone is hardly fat though is it?

I'm pretty sure my teen is 10 stone, probably more. She's definitely not fat, a women's size 10/12. I was too as a teen. My shape changed and I became slimmer as I got older.

bonzo77 · 11/02/2018 15:53

Depends on your height. I was def still overweight looking at 10st.

DullAndOld · 11/02/2018 15:54

heaviest - about 13 and a half stone
lightest - about nine and a half stone.

AuntTrotwood · 11/02/2018 15:57

Post baby, i was 13st 6. Lightest at uni was 9st 7. My comfortable weight is around 11st 4 but i'd look better in the low 10s

halfwitpicker · 11/02/2018 15:59

14 stone and 9.7 stone.

I'm 5'5.

I look like a different person when I'm thinner it's not even funny.

PurpleDaisies · 11/02/2018 16:03

Lightest was 56kg and looked ill. Heaviest 70kg and looked and felt properly fat. My BMI was always in the normal range.

Now I’m not much above or below 60kg. That suits me best.

imdunkelnistgutmunkeln · 11/02/2018 16:16

I'm around 5 ft 9. My usual weight is 68kg, been more or less that weight for many years, sometimes go down to about 65kg. About 10 years ago I was very stressed and went down to 60kg, several people said I looked too thin.

Heaviest was 5 years or so ago when I went up, very quickly to 78kg - was late 40s she presumed it was down to menopausal hormones. I can't be arsed to diet so resigned myself to being that size, and threw away some beloved clothes that no longer fitted me. Then in the last couple of years I have slowly gone back down to my usual 68kg again - so cross with myself for throwing out those clothes!

Heaviest: 26st circa 2014
Lightest: 14st 2016
Currently: 19st and struggling!

thenightsky · 11/02/2018 17:32

Heaviest: 13 stone.
Lightest: 8 stone 9lb.

5ft 9in tall.

MadameJosephine · 11/02/2018 17:38

Heaviest 16 stone
Lightest 10 and a half stone
I’m currently 15 stone 2 but on my way down, I’m most comfortable at about 12 stone so that’s the goal

SpoonfulOfJam · 11/02/2018 17:56

At 18 I took lots of drugs and had a really fast metabolism, I was 9st. After DS2, I was almost 16stone, although nearly a stone was water retention but still bloated me. I think I deleted all pictures of me and tiny children. Hated how I looked.

I'm almost back at a comfortable 11 stone, size 12. I'm 5ft 9, with curves and muscles.

stitchglitched · 11/02/2018 18:01

Lightest was in my mid twenties, 7st. Heaviest just over a year ago (late thirties) 13st 7. Lost 2 and half stone so far, happy at 9 stone so that is the aim. I'm 5ft 1.

user1483387154 · 11/02/2018 18:06

heaviest size 32 168kg
lightest size 10 70kg

AstridPeth · 11/02/2018 19:20

Heaviest 14 stone = 1 month ago. Now lost 1 stone so well on the way to downsizing lol.
Lightest 7 stone 11 = I was 23, 6 months or so after the birth of my second baby. Looked like i was 12 .
I would like to be 9 stone again (the size I was when I got married) so another 4 stone to lose. I will get there!

minimalist99 · 11/02/2018 19:21

5ft 5
Heaviest 15.5 stone
Lightest 10 stone

I prefer being 10 stone.

AstridPeth · 11/02/2018 19:23

I should add- I am 37 tomorrow and have had 2 more babies. So 4 in all. youngest is 8 almost 9. All my family are big (mum/dad/grandparents etc) and I am the smallest so sometimes feel like i am fighting a losing battle.. Thankfully my kids seem to have inherited their father's genes and are all small.

BuzzKillington · 11/02/2018 19:24

Heaviest was 10.5 stone when 9 months pg with 9lb3oz baby.

Used to weigh 8 stone. Now weigh 9 on a good day.

BarbaraOcumbungles · 11/02/2018 19:40

5ft 4

Lightest 7st 8 ( early twenties, basically lived on pills)

Heaviest 14st 7.5 just after Christmas.

Current weight 13st 5.

Aiming for 11.5 stone.

ladymelbourne1926 · 11/02/2018 20:32

5'6
Lightest just over 6 stone after critical illness it was not a good look
Heaviest about 9 1/2
Now I'm about 8 1/2 but I'd like to put another half stone on ideally.

Degustibusnonestdisputandem1 · 12/02/2018 22:39

Oh I should add, at not much over 8 stone and 5'9", though very skinny, I was eating like a horse, just doing a hard physical outdoors job.

MidLifeCrisis2017 · 12/02/2018 22:52

9 3 in my twenties, 11 6 in my fifties. Ironically I now move more and eat less SadConfused. Managed to drop to 11 since Christmas but would like to lose another half a stone. I'm 5' 9.

xmaspudd · 13/02/2018 00:09

Lightest - 9st 2lbs
Heaviest - 11st 12lbs
Currently - I'd guess around my heaviest again, but don't want to confirm!

I'm 5'4.

I'd say my most comfortable (aesthetically pleasing for me) is around 9st 10. I lose weight, go on holiday, gain it all back and then struggle to get back on the wagon again. Really need to find something enjoyable and sustainable.
