What is the heaviest/lightest you have been?

Post being born and not including pregnancy

I would heaviest - about 10 stone

Lightest 6 stone

I dont weigh a lot generally

Lightest was 7 stone 4 pounds through my 20s before having children. Now I’m at my heaviest at 8 stone 7 pounds after two children, big holiday over Christmas and in the middle of the menopause. I look my best at 8 stone.

Lightest 7st10 when I was breastfeeding my oldest DS. That made me size 8 but only just. Heaviest current and last Summer 9st7, maybe not quite at the moment but not far off. This puts me at Size 12. A bit miserable at the moment so eating more, wish I could overcome it but it's having to go on the back burner at the moment for various reasons

Lightest (and current weight) 14st 6lbs. This is literally the smallest I've been since my teens
