What is your 'happy' weight?

However you lose it/maintain it, at what weight are you happiest/looking and feeling your best? I'm 5 ft 5 and feel best at about 9 stone 4. I'm currently 9 stone 8 though.

Thank you oldaundbooth it's been hard but worth it. Not going to lie though I was pissed when I got seriously ill again with a healthy BMI. At least before it felt a bit more like a fair cop!

5'3" and 55kg :)

I'm 5"6 and my most comfortable weight is 160lbs. However I fluctuate anywhere between this and 170 (at a push). Am a size 12-14. Currently not weighing myself though as I'm 6 weeks pregnant and very bloated.

I'm 5'3 and feel best at 7st 10. I don't know why but I was anorexic for 25 years. This stopped when I was pregnant...went from 6st 10 to 8 st 5 during the pregnancy and after giving birth was 7 10 and felt 'normal'. Lost a lot of weight through breast feeding and PSD but now building myself up again to get to 7st 10.

my happy weight is 48 kg, I'm 168cm tall

And I have to say I feel a little scrawny. I mean ok, I eat lots and work out lots, but my arms and legs are little on the bird like!

When I was 48kg at 165cm I was underweight and looked it.

I'm 5'4 and I have a happy waist measurement rather than weight. Happy is 29", currently 32". Trying to do something about it.

I'm 5'8 and my happy weight is 10 stone.

Currently 13 and a half, but I am pregnant and almost a week overdue so hopefully I'll be at least a couple of stone lighter in a month or so!!

I'm 5ft 3 and like to be 9 stone.
It's very hard to maintain, requires a a lot of discipline for me. I know everyone is different.

I'm 9 stone 2 at the moment. I hover around 9 2/ 9 4 without too much hard work or depriving myself.

I was 8.5 stone when I was breastfeeding and when I see pictures of myself now I looked horrendous.

9st 3lb 5'10". Not that at the moment tho.

😐 I'm 175cms and have been 52kgs - I looked emaciated! My happy weight is around 60kgs... unfortunately I'm a long way off from that 😖

8st 10lbs = happy weight and I’ll be back there by my birthday.

I’m 160cm & between 45-46kg is where I feel my best (small frame). I’m a bit up on that at the moment though Christmas, you fucker
