What is your 'happy' weight?

However you lose it/maintain it, at what weight are you happiest/looking and feeling your best? I'm 5 ft 5 and feel best at about 9 stone 4. I'm currently 9 stone 8 though.

I'm 178cm (just over 5ft10) and am happiest at around 68kg but am currently about 72 I think (basing that entirely on old knowledge of how my clothes fit and how big my belly rolls are).

I think I've finally found my happy weight!! I'm 5"10 and after years of hovering around the 11st mark looking ok but feeling a bit flabby I started 5:2 back in May and am now a very happy, more body confident 9st7. I've now moved to 6:1 maintenance as don't want to lose anymore but really happy at this weight and want to stay here for good now!

I’m 5’9” and my ideal weight is 10st 2lbs. At that weight I am slim with just enough fat that I look good, not gaunt.

Currently 11st 2, having been 12st 7 last year. Not worked out/watched what I've eaten for about 6 months, so happy to see that I've managed to keep off the weight.

Would like to be down to my happy weight by May time.

I think BMI is a better descriptor. I am 5'10 and I looked best with a BMI of 21.

I was last that weight 6 years ago before kids. At the moment my goal is a BMI of 23 but currently at 26.5🙁

9 st 9 lbs at 5'8" ish.

8.6 stone or 55kg, I am 5'7". I have been more or less this weight since I was 14 so clearly my body likes it!

Mrssunshine If I knew I’d be there! Stress seems to work! Otherwise just no snacking between meals for me. I’m not too bothered but I just like it when I’m not over 9 not very often

How interesting. The women who are around my height and weight on here are smaller dress sizes than me- I never knew it could differ so much.
I'm 5ft10, weigh about 10st3 and am a 12-14. Usually hover around 11st which is a large 14.

Have been 8st2 have been 15st3 and everything in between.

Currently 10st1 want to be 9st7 but I will see how I feel when I get there!

I have absolutely no idea. I was overweight by the age of 12 and then was obese between the ages of 15 and... well, two weeks ago

I'm 5' 5 and currently 12st 9.5 (down from 16st 7). My goal weight is 9st 5 as that will be 100lbs lost and will put me in the middle of my BMI range. However, having never been slim I don't know how I'll look! I'm a size 14 right now and would like to be a 10.

I'm 5.10 and large framed and big-boo ex- big hips. I looked best at 11.4 any less and people say I look ill.
I'm currently 12.3 and on weightwatchers trying to get to target for xmas- I'll be happy when I'm 11something again I'm currently uncomfortable in my size 14 jeans 👎

These threads are so alien to me.. I don’t know hardly any adults who are size 8/10. I’m 5ft 7 and happiest at 10 and a half stone/size 12 and get told by everyone to put on weight when I’m this! Currently halfway to getting down to that again from 19 stone

I'm 5'2'' and I used to think my happy weight was 8 stone but actually I look better at 9 stone in my face!

My bone structure is small, which must make a difference - very small wrists and rib cage. I used to think that I had a large bone structure because of my height but a health check taught me I don't!

I feel best at around 9.5 stone (where I am now) and don't look gaunt on it at 5'11". This weight balances out my naturally larger bottom half I think.

I've lost over 120lb. I'm 5' 5" and 10:6 at the moment. I'm happier at 10 stone or a little bit under. After losing all that weight though I seem to just sit at this weight regardless. Not including recent recuperation from major surgery where I couldn't eat for a couple of weeks and did hit 10 stone nothing else seems to affect my weight now. I've gone from walking 15,000 -20,000 steps plus a day, workouts at home and 3 exercise classes a week to just starting to regain my mobility. I'm back to eating my usual small portions, high protein diet and seemingly have bounced straight back to 10:6!
Still from my morbidly obese starting point 10 stone anything seemed like an unreachable goal so I guess 10:6 could become my happy weight.

Tbh I don't care that much about the extra 9/10 on my body but the weight unfortunately really shows in my face when I'm bigger. I look far younger when I'm a bit lighter.

Like others 5"5' I like to be 9st dead (57-58kg). I was 9st 6 on Friday 59.5kg I can live with it.
