Do you use any DVD's for your Yoga....could you recommend one? I htink it is partly that this one is just to easy, lol...I mean, where is the challenge...things like Tae BO, really challenge me, and obviously fab for abs and gluts...what with all the kicks and kneelifts and punches, etc....!
Am planning on getting a big trampoline for myself...erm...I mean the Kids of course, lol....for the garden....that should be fun
Think we are gonna go for a 14ft one...we got the garden for it, lol...luckily really big
I have decided that my Health and ultimately my Body is a priority for me...because, I'm only gonna be any use to my Kids and future grandkids if I am healthy....also, I know if I look good I also feel good I mena, o.k. never gonna be a Beautyqueen, but that is neither here nor there, eh!
Looks like all the others have abondent us, btw.... Go on peeps...where are you all????

They've all wasted away...
No, sorry, I don't use dvds for yoga. I used to go to a class a few years ago, and use a "routine" he showed us when I do it at night. And I've recently started a new class on Tuesday evenings. The teacher is really quite good, and it's bloody hard work! I would recommend finding a class to go to, rather than a dvd, as then the teachers can help you improve your poses.

saggers · 06/05/2007 20:27

By the way, I'm very [env] about your trampoline. We live in a Victorian terraced house in the city, so only have a yard. It's very pretty, but I ACHE for a garden!

saggers · 06/05/2007 20:27

I mean

3andnomore · 07/05/2007 08:55

Lol Saggars, they must have done, lol!
As for a class...out of the question for me, as at the moment dh is away (he is in the army and is in Afghanistan) and even if he is here, his hours are not that regular, so, hard to fit a class in....one day...a friend of mine and her mum are Yoga teachers (they are Indians) and I met her mums Yogi (is that what they are called) last year....interesting man
Yoga, I suppose, is deifnately somehting better done in a class....as well, you don't know what you don't know, so hard to correct yourself, lol!
Oh, as for our Garden...that was the biggest selling point of this house, lol...as it's huge, the area isn't that great, and the House is o.k. (ex councilhouse)...but the garden is fabulous Well, also helped that the House was under £100000, lol. Which is obvioulsy fabulous for a decent sized 4 bedroom house But we were lucky we bought when we did, as now the Houseprices aren't that great any more, even here in ugly Corby, lol!

Well...better go now and do some Davina
Slim4Life, here I comeMust buy more fruit, for snacking....can't be that great to have so many apples a day, lololol...honest to got, I have a apple problem now, lol!

Girls...where are you all?
Well...I am o.k. only lost 1/2 Ibs on the WW scales, however, I measured myself on MOnday and in 3 weeks I lost 2 1/2inches of my waist, and 1 1/2 inches of my Hips and thighs, so....I suppose it's all tha muscle that weighs more then the flabby bits I started out with
Eating wise I am feeling in control....which is nice....!
Exercising twice a day which works out between 1-2 h per day, depending on the workouts I am doing
Anyways, please someone talk to me...don't want to talk to myself here, lol!

I think they have all starved themselves to death. It's a shame. I was beginning to quite like them.
I'm plodding on...yoga most nights, running 3x week, yoga class on Tuesdays. In control of my eating. Haven't weighed myself again yet - have to wait 'til Tuesday.
Still feeling positive about it all - have had quite a few comments this week about the fact that I'm looking slimmer . Hurrah!
Glad you're still doing well. Sorry you've been muttering to yourself the past couple of days!

3andnomore · 11/05/2007 12:16

lol, saggars...am used to talking to myself, lol....do it at home all the time...well, feels that way anyway, lol!
Been just thinking, mihgt aswell that I did measurte myself...lol...as going by the scales I might have ended up a bit depressed...just goes to show though, that scales are not really the best way to "measure" your success
I can really see it in the mirror aswell, I must admit...I start to like what I see...my Bodyshape really is starting to change and its quite amazing...I mean, it's been only 3 and 1/2 weeks, and it's amazing how much you can achieve in such a short timespan.
How nice for you to be getting positive feedback of other people, that is always brilliant.

So...where is the rest of the bunch, eh...Frascati...snowwonder, dances...and and and...tell us how you are getting on!

Oh, can't believe tomorrow is the Mile for Maude...just crept up suddenly on us

Well...had a real bad day yesterday...completely went off on a binge
Never mind the whole emotional side off it though....I felt so rotten, physically after it...I mean, lethargic, and bloated and just eurgh....and when thinking about it later on, I realised that compared to a "normal"-old time binge (1 Bar of chocolate...but actually really dark 85% cocoa one, lol, some Bassets liquorice, about 1/2 a packet and some Chocoalte Toffee Eclair sweets...), it was really nothing, lol....but I suppose, because my system isn't used to the Junk now, it effects me much much worse....!
Won't be in a hurry to do that one again, I think, lol!

Weightloss..I don't get ya, is my motto today, lol!
After the recent bad day anohter one followed, as I sort of went into teh "who effing cares now" mood, lol!
Anyways, went to WW today and I lost 1 1/2 Ibs this week...go figure...I am now 10st1 1/2 Ibs....and I haven't been this "small" in like years....well....before I fell pg with my youngest son, who will be 3 this august.....when I did WW klast time I got stuck at 10st3Ibs, which then sort of led to me to stop going....!
Woohoo to me, I say!
Even though, yes, I realise I am talking to myself here, lol!
