September is here and the Slenderistas (and TV) have their game face on.

Golden days will be in abundance as we aim to shift 7 Lindas in September

Oh god, so! many! exclamation marks!

I'm obviously feeling keen Grin

NikiBarbie · 07/09/2017 17:57

Interview ok but said they are concerned work is beneath me. Nice in a way but i need a fucking job.

BitOutOfPractice · 07/09/2017 18:04

You're! Very! Perky! Spurious! Grin

Fingers crossed for you and lees tomorrow

And where is Nikki? I hope no news is good news

Small NSV for me. I just had to dash out for school shoes for DD2 (don't ask! 2 days into term Confused) in my gym gear before the shop shut. I glimpsed myself in the mirror and thought I didn't look too heffalumpy. That is a major thing for me

NSV! NSV! KLAXON!

This morning I was trying to decide what to wear and spotted a blouse I bought on eBay which at the time wouldn't do up. I grabbed it on a whim and it fit like a dream!

SO THEN I was hunting around for something to wear with it and pulled out a pair of jeans which I haven't worn in donkey's years... And they did up too!

Grin

Goldentastic day here - over 20K steps and a fast day. Feeling jolly virtuous Halo

QuimReaper · 07/09/2017 19:42

The only thing I'm grumpy about is that I couldn't find my favourite old grey jeans anywhere Confused They were the same as the black ones I wore, but just much muchier somehow. I have a feeling I must have thrown them out in a fit of despair. They'd have looked much better with the blouse and I want them bloody back now I could fit in them again.

leesmum · 07/09/2017 20:10

Boop knew you were doing something right Star
Quimy fannybloodytastic ...made up for you Smile

HappyGowerGirl · 07/09/2017 20:42

Wow Quim fabulous update! And your username is hilarious😂

QuimReaper · 07/09/2017 20:53

Thanks Happy Grin

BitOutOfPractice · 07/09/2017 21:28

I've just poured myself a fuck it g&t after a crappy day. Goodbye Septemperence

OP posts:
ponygirlcurtis · 07/09/2017 21:29

Brilliant Quim Enjoy that feeling. Smile

Fingers crossed for you Niki.

ponygirlcurtis · 07/09/2017 21:31

Ah crappy days suck, BOOP. There are lots more September days to be dry on. Flowers

QuimReaper · 07/09/2017 21:44

"Fannybloodytastic", I missed that Grin

One G&T is still extremely measured BOOP, it basically doesn't count - I just had one too, so I know what I'm talking about Wink

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser · 08/09/2017 06:23

Niki oh it's so annoying when they say stuff like that in an interview! Surely you wouldn't even have gone through all the steps of applying and attending the interview is you felt it was that far beneath you. Hopefully they will still offer you the job!

Well done on the NSVs Quim and Boop!

I weighed myself this morning, and I'm down another Linda! So that's two since the start of the month (that is a very speedy loss for me! Grin) and takes me back to my lowest weight so far. Two lbs to go until I am at the top of my goal range!

PrimalLass · 08/09/2017 06:39

Love the NSVs.

I basically egg fasted yesterday ... and put on 1lb overnight. Not sure whether to carry on. I tracked everything and stayed within calories and was v v low carb. I knew by the time I went to bed that I felt fatter. Back to normal low carb today I think.

coffeeandrainbows · 08/09/2017 07:01

Great NSVs!

And well done Spuriouser! So close to your goal range is amazing!!

I've had a diet break day (day's nearly over here) and didn't track calories but tried to make good choices and not overeat before my weigh in tomorrow so hopefully it won't mean another gain. It's only been a month but I seem to be suffering from a bit of diet fatigue. I've lost about 7lbs so that's a good start but just feels like it should be more. Why is this so hard and boring! Sad

leesmum · 08/09/2017 07:08

Morning Slender Gang
3lbs off for me this month, need to keep it up though Grin to

BitOutOfPractice · 08/09/2017 07:26

Drink gin, lose weight. 1.2lbs down. Work that one out!

OP posts:
HappyGowerGirl · 08/09/2017 07:27

Nice work spuriouser and others!!!

I too fell off the booze bandwagon last night and had a large glass of wine... I had a really hellish day though so I forgive myself. And because I was mostly too busy to eat yesterday I still lost! Am now 9.11. This means I have lost 7lb since coming back from holiday 3 weeks ago which is ace...! I actually fit into a pre pregnancy pair of jeans yesterday, and I don't feel so bloated and lethargic all the time.

Need to keep going.

HappyGowerGirl · 08/09/2017 07:28

Hahahaha BOOP! Gone really is the answer to everything😂

BitOutOfPractice · 08/09/2017 07:30

Gower well done to you. That's brilliant! Star

Softpebbles · 08/09/2017 07:31

Well done BOOP 😀

Good works Leesmum.

Good work Gowergirl.

Nikki what sort of work are you applying for? Hope you get a good result.

Stuck on 11st 1. Ffs

And now it's the weekend and I am away and no doubt it will involve calories and alcohol. Mwahhhhh

leesmum · 08/09/2017 07:35

Happy that's just fantastic, I put a fair bit on when I was away too!
BOOP love it, might try that method myself.
Soft I hope you have a fantastic weekend away, concentrate on having a great time and get back on it after the weekend x

HairsprayBabe · 08/09/2017 07:50

Morning all 10.6 for me today but scales were unsure of 10.6 or 10.7

plus AF arrived, sooo may be due for a woooosh in a few days.... hopefully!

Do feel ver bloated...

QuimReaper · 08/09/2017 08:57

Why is this so hard and boring!

That should be the subtitle of the mantra.

SLENDER. IS. TASK!: (Why is it so hard and boring?!)

So much positivity today! Well done on a new low weight Spurious, on lovely losses lees and Gower and hurrah for a gin miracle BOOP!

Primal the egg fast makes some people feel really rotten I think - it's really touted as a good way to break a LC plateau, we just all did it for fun a few weeks ago because why not Grin I don't remember anyone getting really miraculous results, so I'd go with how you feel on it. I rather liked it meself, scrambled eggs for dinner is always good with me. If I did it again I'd incorporate green veg though, or at least just spinach.

BitOutOfPractice · 08/09/2017 09:11

Try this egg diet instead. Sounds much better.
