Well Herbalife is a meal replacement shake. It's really tasty. I've tried loads and this is one of the less chemically tasting ones!

I start a new job soon and walking an hour a day due to my commute isn't going to be a reality so I need to reduce my chocolate and general crap intake!!!! Lol.

Best of luck everyone. We'll do it I know!!

Dontfearthesleeper · 27/03/2017 05:51

I'm in please! Looked at photos yesterday and no!! I can't keep on in denial!! After my kids i was the slimmest I've been but age and a lazy food lifestyle has taken it's toll on me! I am loving your attitude. No more calorie laden fancy milky coffees, going to snack on fruit and eat soup at lunchtimes and a healthy dinner at a reasonable time. I'll charge my fitbit too and get back in the game!
We can do this!!

glenthebattleostrich · 27/03/2017 06:35

Morning all

Spongebob, do you fancy being running buddies? I like to run alone but need someone to kick my arse off the sofa!

Thanks for the lovely welcome, I'm the Queen of the G&T and am definitely limiting it to twice a week !

Weighed myself this morning and am 14stone 4lb. At 5ft 5 that's too big for me.

If anyone want a fitbit buddy pm me and I'll send a friend request.

Shopping delivery booked, snacks binned and ready to go. Have a fantastic day every one.

Dontfearthesleeper · 27/03/2017 06:44

Morning! I've started today with FF yogurt, strawberries and a wee drop walnuts. Back on the aloe Vera juice as i think it helps with bloating too. My tracker is charging!!

BlackHillsofDakota · 27/03/2017 07:01

Morning! I'm feeling motivated. Think I'll have egg this morning if I'm going to try this low carb shizzle. Then I'll need to go shopping for supplies.
Have a good day everyone.

Steala · 27/03/2017 07:36

Thank you for the welcome and how lovely to see so many of us raring to go. It has come at a great time for me. I weighed in today st 11.13.8, which I may as well call 12 stone, but let's not! The irony is I think I have been eating well for the past few weeks but I am still gaining. So I'm restarting MFP. When I weigh in next week I want to be securely under 12 st, rather than under by 200g!

We can do this!

OftheUppahUplands · 27/03/2017 08:31

Right, that's me weighed. 14st 13lb 😢

We're rushing to get to toddler music this morning so it's a banana for breakfast & a bag of fruit to keep me going till we get back. Am going to turn down offers to stay for a cuppa after as that will mean cake and I don't trust myself.

Have also dug out my Thinking slimmer audio and am about to listen to that

Happy Monday & good luck everyone

poorpaws · 27/03/2017 09:34

Good morning everyone. I've weighed and I'm 11st 2 1/4 pounds. I'm going on a long dog walk later.

Good luck to everyone, have a good first day.

Illtellyouwhatswhat10 · 27/03/2017 09:43

Yes - preferably one that I can make work for me as having no joy so far. Need to shift 7 - 10 lbs and tried everything.

Latest attempt was giving up alcohol and added sugar, but not a jot Sad Went back on the booze this weekend as I was so hacked off.

Definitely harder to shift it 50's onwards! But I will be delighted to join you.

RufusTheRenegadeReindeer · 27/03/2017 10:19

13stone 3

Shhhiiittttt

Didint feel very well so i have only just got up

Having a coffee at 40 cals and i may try today as a fast day...or not

walruswhiskers · 27/03/2017 10:57

I'm 11st5.4 today - that's a gain of 2lbs since I stopped doing Louise Parker properly 4 months ago - I have kept up with some of the principles though.

Greek yogurt for breakfast. Fruit salad with feta cheese plus an apple for lunch. Prawns mixed with mayo and rice for dinner. Nuts for snacks. And lots of water to try and stave off the carb headache!

phoenixtherabbit · 27/03/2017 11:04

Can I join in?! I actually started in January, and lost just over a stone, but been off the wagon for two weeks, as I've been really ill so just eaten as and when ive felt like it.

I've got only about 2lbs to list to get to my original target, but I think I want to lose another 9lbs at least.

I've been calorie counting and it's been successful but I need some moral support for the days when I want to inhale 3 bags of magic stars Grin

Dollface7 · 27/03/2017 11:05

Yes!!Everyone is on track.... nothing but plans and motivation going on here....Jumpolining you can do it...you logged on again....we can all put our minds to anything...maybe we will do it just one step at a time to help us all keep going...or things look too big or impossible and we just give up...or take a break as i call it.... gelnthebattlesostritch is go go go, dontfearthesleeper-bang on target....BlackHillsofDakota-super!Poorpaws has joined-yay, ...and rufus....go go go...people are weighing too....so we know targets... illtellyouwhatswhat10....no matter is it is a small amount of a huge amount all of us can do it....there has to be a way to get rid of the 'last 10'...see any inspiration from the other ladies here? you do know what helps so your on that path which is the man thing....offtheuppauplands...planning against the odds and under pressure and we are all going to face that-here's a * for not going near anyone with cake....:and guess what Steala you are not 12 stone...you're winning already..... go go go go everyone...... : -)

pinkieandperkie · 27/03/2017 13:27

May I join please? I weighed myself this morning and weigh 10.8. I would like to be 9 stone. Good luck everyone.

Msqueen33 · 27/03/2017 13:28

Feeling ropey and rough but committed so here I am. Fat and all. Didn't weigh this morning but last week was around 13 stone 10. Turned down a cake at the Mother's Day assembly today and am pacing myself whilst drinking a lot of water and decaf black coffee. I figure that a good deadline to start is three weeks as the kids are off to school so I'd like to shed some before they go back. Here's to onwards and downwards.

ShuttyTown · 27/03/2017 14:13

So I started my diet this morning, I've eaten a small fudge and 3 rich tea biscuits (as well as breakfast and my lunch) it's not going great.

AnotherYellowBelly · 27/03/2017 14:28

Doing well so far! Some tomato soup at 113cals is the only thing to touch my lips and I've done an hour in the gym - 20 mins hiit on the cycle and 40 mins working my way round the strength machines. Now just got to survive the snack attacks hours between now and tea at 7!
I'm going to way in for the first time in a fortnight I think , I have a tendency to have a good first week, lose a few pounds then fall off the wagon and eat it all back!

AnotherYellowBelly · 27/03/2017 14:30

Pinkie welcome! we are a similar starting weight and target weight! How tall are you? I'm 5ft3 and start to feel 'slim' under 10stone, I'm hoping to reach that before my holiday on the 24th April!

RufusTheRenegadeReindeer · 27/03/2017 14:31

Same here shutty

But we are going to be much better for the rest of the day arent we Smile

ShuttyTown · 27/03/2017 14:34

I'm going to try @RufusTheRenegadeReindeer my problem is as soon as I think 'right, I'm on a diet/cutting down' all I can think about is food and I feel miserable that I can't eat what I want! Food makes me feel happy!!

RufusTheRenegadeReindeer · 27/03/2017 14:38

Same again Grin

This is me

Anyone want to start a diet tomorrow?
phoenixtherabbit · 27/03/2017 14:52

I've been good so far today. Aiming for under 1500 cals.

Just prepped potatoes and veg for tea, and been for a walk to the doctors and back.

Considering getting a Fitbit to see how many calories I burn but dunno whether it's worth the cash and im not an avid gym goer, I'm just interested to know what I burn when I'm walking. Do quite a lot of walking.

Does anyone know if theres a cheaper alternative?

Longji · 27/03/2017 14:55

Can I join please? Starting (again!!) today, did sw successfully a while back but went off track and have put all the weight back on now so going for low carb and hopefully it will help me!
11stone 11lbs today, I'm 5ft 3" so have at least 2 stone to lose. My aim is 1 stone by the end of April.
So far today I've had 3 scrambled eggs and for lunch I had a tin of tuna and mayonnaise with some onion. Spag Bol for tea, without the spag!
