Oh god...I was raelly hoping you wouldn't start one of these this year...

I really need to sort out my crap food intake. I survive on biscuits, chocolate and cereal ATM.

Everytime I eat a cream egg I think of you and how I'd fail the Cod diet again.

can I have special treatment becase 've only just had baby???

Please...pretty please....

I deffo need help with the no snacking. The girls in my new office have a thing for biscuits. Also I've started having a school dinner on Monday, just salad and a sandwich but pudding and custard for dessert.

Are you still jogging cod?

hunkerdave · 25/02/2007 14:56

I've just been doing this

I walk two miles on days I work (to station and back) so that's four times a week. And then I run after toddlers on the other three. So that's the exercise sorted

And for the rest I'm pretty much following the "you diabetic pregnant woman, stop eating sugar or your baby will be whale-sized and you don't want to be pushing a whale out of your fanjo, do you now" diet I had when I was pg with DS2.

OK, I'm with ya. Only need to lose half a stone as well.

Hmmm, the 'no carbs' will be tricky - love pasta for dinner! After what time can I not eat it?!

Oh I'm definately in.....need to shift 1.5 stone. My diet is rubbish and that should be in capitals as it is horrendous. I don't really eat meals I graze on rubbish.

I've got about 20lbs still to lose - already lost 2 stone. Running 3 times a week (about 7miles each time) and eating healthily but beginning to flag and think I need to cut carbs. Feeling very bloated after pasta and bread (I love them and eat way too much ..) and need some recipes/tips for good meals without carbs. Think it may be what I need to lose this last bit for summer.

Thanks Dior. Good idea about the potatoes. What do you replace the rice with if having curry? Or is brown rice allowed? I'm assuming it is still high in carbs...

Great! Will start tomorrow as have already had a sandwich today... (yes feeling bloated again). Going to scour the net for some low carb recipes this afternoon... got The Virus at the moment and feel lousy so haven't been able to run for a week and it's getting me down. So may as well put the time to good use.
