I am 10st 3 so have lost 2lb I think mainly taking dog out for longer walks and I haven't had any bread since sunday, can't say the same about alcohol I'm afraid. At friends sat/sun so going teetotal from Monday.

magnum · 28/05/2004 11:07

how tall are you freezy, as that's about how much I weigh. I am 5 4 and had never considered myself as looking overweight, but dress size started creeping up to 14.

feezy · 28/05/2004 11:16

i'm 5ft 6 and look ok when dressed and carry it well. But couldn't wear bikini. I know I need toning up- very flabby tum, but slim legs and average bum. But I can grab lots of fat all around midriff and plenty other places. I would love to be 9st is that ok?

feezy · 28/05/2004 11:18

People keep calling me freezy - I am a warm and caring person honestand nickname is feezy!!
By the way I can't remember when I was last 9st probably a decade ao :0

feezy · 28/05/2004 11:20

I'm crap at typing this morning but its inset day and i've got 5 kids milling around

magnum · 28/05/2004 11:20

sorry feezy, I do that all the time and it is so rude. 9 stone would be great. I was last nine stone when i was about 15 I think. You're doing better than me as you are taller. I must look really fat and just be in denial I am aiming for 9st 7lb. I would be happy to be comfortable in my size 12s again.

feezy · 28/05/2004 14:31

are you on specific diet magnum?

JanZ · 01/06/2004 10:54

Where is everyone?

Needing some motivation - was 11 stone this morning - although I shuoldn't have weighed myself until Friday.

I suppose I HAVE had a difficult week with both work and social dos - and my period is also due. But I HAD tried hard to be as good as possible in the circumstances.

I would like to get back under 11 stone! .... and I'm going to have to bite the bullet and apply form my passport soon!

PS Currently nibbling on raisins.

Sonnet · 01/06/2004 15:06

< head turned to one side and nose in air, arms crossed>

JanZ · 02/06/2004 09:10

I'm still being good, honest - sat with a double diet coke while dh had a pint of Guiness and a packet of cripos in the pub last night.

Forgot to bring in my packed lunch today - but will be careful when buying a substitute.

Hopefully by Friday, when I officially weigh myself again, I will have started moving downwards again.

feezy · 02/06/2004 09:25

I'm quaking in my boots
afraid I,m gonna be fatty forever- not really Had bad weekend with pizza and alcohol but going to Portugal in 20 days and determined to lose a bit if flab. Will report weight on Friday.

katierocket · 02/06/2004 09:49

god there is no WAY I could opt for diet coke over guiness and crisps, rather not go out!

malinki · 02/06/2004 10:06

1st weigh in @ WW last night, I was shaking in my boots, praying and trembling, why do we have such a phobia, walking to the WW scales, by the time I stood on them, eyes shut and palms sweating, she congratulated me on my 4lb loss.:0

codswallop · 02/06/2004 10:55
