I know sonnet (re: stone to lose) and it's so difficult because it's enough to be horrid but not so much that from time to time you can kid yourself to "oh I'm not that bad, I'm sure one glass of win/one cream cake/bag of crisps won't make any difference"

totally am with the water, my skin is so amazing since I started on 2 litres a day, I never beleived it all my life... After one or two weeks it becomes second nature to opt for it and you just get on and drink it without even knowing.
also sit ups, I started about a month ago with the wage war on midriff thread that CD started up.
Have done between 10-40 a day and have noticed a big improvement this week especically.
Am also doing a walk into town every second day (3 miles round trip)
Am feeling so much better now!)

Wow Piffleoffagus - still waiting to notice a difference with t he water. My problem is I drink gallons the day I'm at work and then forget when at home!!
Just started the sit-ups.
I have noticed a difference form the swimming and running - my thighs are tightening up IYKWIM!!

Went swimming again yesterday when DD1 had swimming lesson - that makes a total of 80 lengths swum yesteerday.
Don't think I'm eating enough thou because of excersise - fell off the wagon last night and had 2 digestive biscuits and 2 choc chip cookies!!

Bran flakes and bananna for breakfast today....

Really started on Monday. At beginning was 10st5 weighed myself this am and am 10st4 - but that is neither here or there. Can't wait to be under 10st. That willreally give me a boost. Have had branflakes and banana and have been on bike. Am going to look at situp thread because after 4 kids my stomach is like a deflating blowup bed- lots of bumps and wobbling about.

AAARRRGGGHHHHH, hanging head in shame, got on scales this am and after my 3 days of big macs and fries I have gained 3lbs - now 10st 13
Serves me right I suppose, sigh

what has really freaked me out is how much butter we used to eat, over 1/2 kg a week, we have not used even one samll tub of Lurpak pure in over 3 weeks!
Instead of alcohol we opt for Ame or Schloer, same points as spritzer but for us it more of a psychological get out of the alcohol habit on a daily basis thing..
I am being really very good, I never thought I had it in me...

bit worried same thing will happen tonight but only have 1 digestive in the house!!
Been swimming - 40 lengths - and am planning on running tonight!
Been good - philly and crackers, strawberries, raspberies for kunch
Branflakes and banana for breakfast
NOT AS MUCH WATER as I should though....

10.6 this morning, hurrah.
I discovered 0% total greek yogurt yesterday - very nice with some strawberries.
Have one of those deadly buffet lunches ahead though. Any thoughts? (apart from sheer bloody will power)
