sorry to hear that Coddy, but that certainly would account for it, in my case too.
Am filling face with penne and homemade aubergine, tomato and cream sauce with cheese on top. But small portion and I shan't booze tonight.

starting today. have eaten utter rubbish over weekend and feel horrible.

today
b/fast - cereal
lunch - veg soup
tea - pasta?

JanZ · 24/05/2004 08:50

Juts signing in to say I've broken 11 stone - 10 stone 13 this morning

Did have 3 small glasses of wine over the weekend - dh wasn't very supportive Went into a sulk when I said I didn't want bubbly on Friday night, and wanted me to share a glass of white wine with him with our roast chicken. But I did watch him drink wine both lunches while I had no-sugar diluting juice and quench his thirst with beer in the afternoon, while we were both hard at work in the garden.

I did learn to appreciate my new fridge with the ice cubes on tap - made jugs of diluting juice with ice cubes, to pour a glass whenever I was thirsty.

But generally I was very good No snacking - just lots of healthy food.

Egg and tomato salad for lunch, raisins for snacks and roast chicken salad (no skin of course!)for supper.

Now tell me to go away, as I have a LOAD of work to do today!

issywoo · 24/05/2004 09:11

is nimble bread a no no? its .5 points on WW's - should i have shreddies instead?
am eating healthily - lots of grilled chicken, turkey, fish, veg and oranges and no snacking or booze but still haven't managed to lose any more weight. had a very dispiriting trip to hennes yesterday to try and get some cheap (larger than usual ) holiday clothes but came back only with a sun hat for DS! i've got a huge tummy and bottie and very small chest and shoulder area - so out of proportion that i can't even buy larger clothes and look decent!

JanZ · 24/05/2004 12:36

No support around at the moment.

Just had my lunch. Decided not to walk up to M&S to get more bananas (forgot to get them in my weekly shop), as I've got too much work to do, so just have my raisins and an apple to stave off the hunger pangs.

Coddylicious · 24/05/2004 12:39
