Balfy1314 · 19/10/2006 13:00

I can't imagine ever going into a pub and not drinking alcohol....

sweetheart · 19/10/2006 13:02

I thought I'd come and post here as a sort of refuge from this!

Welcome to all the new people - Sorry I haven't really looked too much.

Just thought I'd second what BlB said. I plan my meals for a week in advance and write down what I need. That way when I'm shopping I only buy the ingredients I need (and no extra biscuits, choc etc - I avoid those isles all together)
I also know that way exactly what my meals are in the evening and so I can taylor my daily food intake accordingly - Eg If i am having a ww lasagna with salad I know I can eat more that day than if I am having spag bol for dinner. I also go to the gym the same days every week so I am in a routine - that way I find it easier to keep to it.

Right best go, dh will be home soon and I'm not sure what state he'll be in!

dislexicicecream · 19/10/2006 13:02

fair enough,

cant even imagen going to a pub full stop lol been so long hehe

we have been writing a record of what we eat each day and putting it up on hear, also giving each other advice and support,
we have only been doing this for about a week now and i have to say if it wasnt for this and i was going it alone my diet wood have probaly only lasted about 3 or 4 days

dislexicicecream · 19/10/2006 21:46

i have done my mesuerments,
ok,it was my time of the mounth last week when i started these so maybe some of it is down to that, but i wood say alot of it is down to my hours swaeting like a pig on the dance mat while the kids have been at school, hear goes:
bust stayed same
arms stayed same
under bust same

do you all do this every week or month? - the weigh in and measurements

dislexicicecream · 19/10/2006 22:33

lipsbite,
we only started this last week, and we r going to do the wheigh in every thursday. today was the first one so far.
as for the mesuering, well i think i might be on my own on that one so far, but it helps me to c it, and also if i know i have to write it on hear i can shame my self into doing something about it lol.

lipsbite · 19/10/2006 22:35

Do you actually tell what is your weight is? or how much you've lost?

lipsbite · 19/10/2006 22:37
