Btw - today's food diary

breakfast - half a scone and cup of coffee
lunch - ham sandwich
dinner - not sure yet, any ideas - what did everyone else have?

Steps - oops forgot to put my pedometer on but did go for a swim this morning

Welcome Boomie .
Breakfast weetabix with ss milk.
Lunch chickpea casserol made with 1 tin of chickpeas, a tin of chopped tomato, 1 corgette 2 small onions, 2 cloves of garlic, teaspoon of tahini and a squeeze of lemon. I had half of this with 3 rivitas with nothing on them.
I havn't had dinner yet, I'm waiting for rice to be ready. I'm just going to have the rest of my chick pea casserole with some brown rice.

Hi to all, sorry have been really crap at posting lately, weekend was pretty good, ended up having a fab time with our German friends, turns out their son is the chef at our fave resturant, and did all the food, they really pushed the boat out....loads of courses but smallportions!! loads of wine though, oh and they bought a bottle of baileys especially for moi, so had to have some!!
Any how have been good since sticking to fruit for breakfast, weetabix for lunch with half milk half hot water, tea tonight small portion of beef strognoff and fettucine(sp?).
Pleased about a friday weigh n I am always lighter on a Friday than a thursday?
Glad you are all doing well and staying motivated.

Green Thai curry with chicken and mushrooms and brown rice
snacks - 3 rich tea biscuits, half pkt quavers

Did an hour in the gym total today 9346 steps - 4.42 miles - 505 cals burned

Yesterdays food:-

Brekfast - 3 cups of tea
Lunch - ww soup and caramel snack a jacks
Snack - 10 pringles (they were in the cupboard taunting me!)
Dinner - Home made spag bol and a ww rice pudding

Not too much of a bad day although the pringles weren't very good!

Off to the gym again today and planning on having a good food day - although we are going to a town xmas fair tonight so I'll have to resisit hot dogs and hot choc!

Hi, only started my healthy eating yesterday and went to weigh myself at Boots today (don't have any scales in the house - don't know if that's a good thing or not). Anyway, I will skip this Friday's weigh-in and join you next week when I've done a full week of healthy eating hopefully

is thtat realistic, knowing me prob not lol.
I weigh 9st 7lbs and im 5ft 2'.

Hi me23, I'm 5ft 2 too and am 9st 3lbs as at this morning!! I've also got 2 christmas do's on the 15th and 16th December (will have to bribe DH so I can have a lie in on the Sunday whilst he looks after DD's). Do you think it's possible to lose 10lbs by then??

Mrs Fish - I was 11st 11lbs at the start of this year and managed to get down to 8st 4lbs. I have now put back on nearly a stone and want to get rid of it again!! I'm in the right frame of mind though and these Christmas parties are certainly providing the motivation to be good!!

Blimey, you did very well. My problem is I have dieted on and off so many times over the years, I have to eat practically nothing to lose weight, I just find it so difficult. I can't imagine being 10st never mind any lower.

Hi everyone

I've had a rubbish eating day here. Just couldn't sort myself out to eat properly

Breakfast - toasted muffin and spread, fruit smoothie

Lunch - bagel with philly light and smoked salmon

Dinner - none - dh working late again tonight, I'm fed up so sitting here with glass of wine and pkt of discos (salt and vinegar)

Snacks - about 5 choc digestives
and slice and a half of potato bread (about 85 cals per slice) and butter

Help!!!!!!!

I've had a crap day too, just been snacking, apart from lots of cereal and biscuits, I can't actually remember what else I have eaten, so no run down for me tonight. Thank god weigh in is on friday.

Loopity, next time you want to eat something, get a glass of water or a cup of tea

mrs fish, are you at home during the day too?? Just wondering as both of us normally have to 'fess up to snacking from time to time - never ate like this through the day when I was at work.

Hiya everyone.
I've done loads of steps again today
Steps 19324. I went to Ikea today with my mum. We were there for hours so thats where most of the walking was done. I've also done my workout dvd today.
Food Bran flakes with semi skimmed milk
Breaded fish with chips and peas for lunch at ikea.
Nothing for dinner. I felt guilty from lunch.

May I join? Had baby 2.5 months ago & gained 40 pounds with him; have lost 30 but 10 more to lose. These are going to be the most stubborn ones; they're pure fat.
