Loopity sounds like your going to have a good night tonight. 15 people sounds like a party to me. Have fun. Do loads of dancing to help burn off some cals.
Food today...
Breakfast cornflakes.
Lunch. Half of a w/m sandwich with low fat spread cheese and slices tomato but it was discusting so i threw it away and had a bowl of cornflakes instead.
Dinner Homemade lasagne.
Snacks grapes.
Drinks lots of water, a can of diet coke.

sorry big i was hear last night home alone as ever but i had sims2 on so turnd the net off,
i need to get away from it cos its taking over a bit, (agen)
anyways yesterdays food,
breakfast 2 crumpits with daraley
lunch didnt hapen
dinner 2 more crumpets with daraley
lots of coffee,
this is typcal of me to play sims and not eat properly, i hope i dont mess up my weightlosses compleetly,

I know what you mean dislexicicecream, i used to get like it. How bigs your family on sims2?
I might have a go on it later tonight. Havn't been on it for ages. If I start playing it i'll never stop, probably wont go to bed till4am or something stupid like that!!
Got a pedometer today. Havn't set it up yet though.

Hello all

I should be hanging my head in shame due to amount I ate and drank last night. Was determined to be good today but friend called in tonight so had another (am I mad?!) few glasses of wine. No more wine till next weekend now.

today
breakfast - glass of water and 2 ibubrofen

lunch - wheaten bread, salmon, slice of brie

tea - oops, 3 slices of pizza, few chips, slice of garlic bread, wine

OK - please nag nag nag nag me - need to be good as of tomorrow or I will be back to square one

hiya
i have done so far 18441 steps so far today
most of that was the fire works !
i got away from my sims adiction few mounths ago but have got back on to it because i stupidly bought the pets and the night life extentions for it!
loopty behave your self girl! lol
i think we all go a bit wrong at the weekend!
breakfast 2 crumpets with peanut butter
lunch 1 crumpet with chocolate spread (ok im bad)
dinner was veggi curry and rice (we can call that dinner ok just ate it now,)

Morning all,
Not too bad loopity, just go back to the diet today, still gives you 4 full days to lose weight untill weigh in.
Dislexic icecream well done for the steps. Iv'e got my pedometer now so shall be posting steps too.
Ok well I didnt eat very well yesurday
For breakfast I had 2 ryvitas with low fat spread and thin slice of cheese on.
Lunch went to the carvery with dp and ds and had a steak and ale pie with mash and peas. I didn't eat the pastery though, I just ate the meat.
For desert I had an icecream (it comes free with the meal) still I shouldn't have had it.
Dinner had a burger at fireworks display.
Snacks an almond slice, 2 ryvitas with peanut butter.
Terrible.....

Not much walking again today, was visiting family.

Brekkie - Porridge with stewed apple and raisins.

Lunch - turkey sarnie on ww bread, cookie (that I made fri)

Tea - Chinese takeaway - 1 spring roll, 2 crispy duck pancakes, 4 tblsp boiled rice, 2 tblsp chicken and cashew nut, 3 tblsp soft noodles.

Too much alcohol

Don;t think I am going to lose again this week, not done enough exercise, must try and remedy that in the next few days, perhaps a nice long walk this afternoon

Today so far :
Breakfast - slice of toast, half-fat buttter and cup of tea

Lunch - tuna mayo roll, coffee with sugar

Late afternoon - hot choc and nibble of a flapjack

Was in town all afternoon with dd and my mum shopping for clothes for dd so fair bit of walking about. Can't wait for my pedometer to arrive!

So much so, I'm not even going to tell you what I have eaten, mainly cos I can't actually remember MUST GET BACK ON TRACK, MUST GET BACK ON TRACK etc etc

Don't worry Mrs Fish - we will be good again from tomorrow - I'm going to try to fit in a really good walk tomorrow morning and back to healthy eating - we can do it!

I went to the cinema last night after I posted food diary, have to add pick and mix to it and a packet of squares.
I did 13219 steps yesturday
608.2 caleries burnt
5.84 miles.
Thats according to the pemometer.
Im going to have to do loads od exersise today to try and burn off this whole weekend!!!Thats never going to work... but i'll try.

yes i did thanks loopity as SD was down this weekend so we went to see my mum and my aunty on Sat and yesterday tidied up, SD went home and me, dp and 25m old DD went to watch the fireworks display - DD did well x

Hello it's me - the weekend bandit!

Once again I have ruined a brilliant week with a terrible weekend. i won't post everything I've eaten but my mistermeaners include:-

spare ribs and chips
potato skins
choc brownie and baileys desert
2 x hot choc with whipped cream
2 x peanut butter and jam on toast
a stick of candyfloss
marshmellows with a melted galaxy dip
Pizza Hut
2 x bottles of wine

should I go on there is more!!!!!

No, i won't disgrace myslef any more!!!

I have been to the gym today and so far have only had 2 cups of tea. I have a conference on Wednesday which is usually my other gym day so I'll have to try and go tomorrow too.

Trouble is - I have another meal out this weekend and then the following weekend I am away on a hen weekend!!!!!

I'm never going to loose these 10Ib's. I'll be lucky if I'm not back to square one after this weekend!!!!

just the kind of things I'd eat...

So far today I've had porridge for breakfast with a few dates and a little honey, and veg soup for lunch with 3 rice cakes and very low fat soft cheese.

I'm making a low fat beef casserole for dinner which is in the oven now and smells scrummy!

I've bought some of those Cadbury's Melts which are hugely expensive for what you get but are v. nice and v. calorie-controlled. I'm not at all sure about sugar-free choc (with sweeteners) - has anyone tried it?

I really want to lose this weight....

Hmmm cadbury melts? Never heard of them, they sound nice. What are they? Who many cals?
Today so far
Breakfast cornflakes with semi skimmed milk
Lunch whole wheat pasta with tomato and mascapone sauce (not very much of it) with a big side salad.
Im cooking my dinner now, im having brown rice (takes ages to make) roast peppers onions and carrots with chickpeas. Loads of garlic on the roast veg so it will taste really yummy.
Snacks A big juicy apple.
