Hello it's me - the weekend bandit!
Once again I have ruined a brilliant week with a terrible weekend. i won't post everything I've eaten but my mistermeaners include:-
spare ribs and chips
potato skins
choc brownie and baileys desert
2 x hot choc with whipped cream
2 x peanut butter and jam on toast
a stick of candyfloss
marshmellows with a melted galaxy dip
Pizza Hut
2 x bottles of wine
should I go on there is more!!!!!
No, i won't disgrace myslef any more!!!
I have been to the gym today and so far have only had 2 cups of tea. I have a conference on Wednesday which is usually my other gym day so I'll have to try and go tomorrow too.
Trouble is - I have another meal out this weekend and then the following weekend I am away on a hen weekend!!!!!
I'm never going to loose these 10Ib's. I'll be lucky if I'm not back to square one after this weekend!!!!
