BlB - Sounds like a great evening out. Think we've all been good to ourselves this week . As long as I reach the 10lb goal by Christmas then I'll be happy s'pose!
Today for me has been alright-ish
Breakfast - half slice of toast, half-fat butter, cup of tea
Lunch - Brought a picnic to the park, lovely crisp autumn day here - bagel with slice of smoked salmon and philly light, apple, pancake (the sort that are a bit like a crumpet - I'm in Ireland) and spread, flask of tea
Afternoon - small slice of halloween cake (sponge and buttercream)
Dinner - chicken breast wrapped in 2 slices of bacon, potatoes, carrots and cooked beetroot, stuffing and gravy. Another slice of halloween cake (small)
Now - glass of red
So would have been okay if had stayed away from the cake! Bit scared about the weigh-in tomorrow but if it's not good then hopefully it will make me get my act together!
