No wheat today yet, ryvita, ham, and tomato for lunch. Will be having a few drinks tonight though, going out for a chinese meal so will stick to the healthy meal choices.

bloody hell its lunch time alredy lol, i cant keep up with all this food lol, i keep missing lunch cos im so stuffed from breakfast , maybe will do a late lunch, still no wheat for me to loop wear doing good,

Yesterdays food ...

Brekkie the usual,
Lunch three crackers with philly with garlic and herbs( this is less calories per 100g than the light one!)
Tea chicken and aspargus in a white wine sauce, with very small helping of tagatelli
Glass of wine, four glasses of water, two teas
Supper.. getting the munhies around 9ish over the last few days, so had 1 weetabix with s s milk.

Lovely dp has just rung to say we are off out tonight to our fav restaurant, which is lovely, but this is when my problem with the weekends start, last weekend i put on around two lbs, so each week i have to loose that and then gosome to loose any for the weigh in. Ok I dont have the puds( or very rarely), I have salad for starter, but they do lovely food in rich creamy sauces!! I will go with a positive attitude and try for healthier options, I will resist the Baileys as well!!!

brekkie - healthy weetabixs, raisins and ss milk
lunch - big mac meal (medium as i usually go for large size. Last time ive been was about 2 months ago so i dont really go that often)

nop,
DP is in the u.s air forse and stationd in italy,
my dad wont rember unless i tell him lol
my sister just had a baby so no chance of seeing her,
so i guess it will be me the kids and my mate with the cake lol,

yep, i dont relly do my birthdays now cos of the kids
less people i see the less the chance of me eating to much!
she is breast feeding so hopefully i wont drink eaver,

Ooh hope you have a nice birthday tomorrow dic. Ive got a friend like yours, she comes round with malteasers and things even though were both on a diet. She never eats many and when she goes I say dont forget your malteasers and out them in her bag. Then once she's gone I notice them on the side. I just put them straight in the bin. Not sure if its an attemp to slow down my weight loss or whether im just being paranoid. But I do know that she hates the fact im back to pre pregnancy. I gain around 4 to 5 stone when pregnant, she and I weighed the same when I was full term and she wasnt pregnant. Then we both went on a diet, I lost all the weight, she's lost quite abit but still has a way to go. So I think she's quite bitter about it. Anyway....
Food diary
Breakfast porredge with a satsuma and a coffee
Lunch chickpea chicken tinned tomato onions corgettes cook together like a casserole.
Dinner same as lunch still had some left over
Snacks 1pear another satsuma a few grapes.
Think ive had about 1000 caleries today
Room for a glass of wine...

another mistake ment to say i gained around 4 to 5 stone when i was pregnant....
Sounded like its a usual thing me being pregnant and gaining loads of weight...

BIGlilBUBU, thanks for pointing that out - Saturdays only it is for treats then . Today I've been for a short run and resisted the choc biscuits that were lying around. I've not eaten too much so far today, but it's in the evenings that I tend to overeat. Have a nice meal tonight dislexicicecream.

Same here, I get so hungry in the evenings. I think its because im always quite busy in the day time then at night I just whatch telly and feel like I want something to eat. Its a habbit im trying hard to overcome....

Eating out. I get meals thrust on me for work purposes all the time. This is what I try to do - never ever have the bread. Don't drink any alchol. Drink only water. Avoid starters if you can. Main course go for something like plain meat with veg and one potato. Never have a pudding.

Must say writing that doesn't look like a bundle of fun though does it.... It works.

well my dad called me to ask if its my birthday on monday! and also if im looking forword to being 30!
urrm its tomorow and i will be 26!
but yes i agree on that about the friend pritty much same hear, apart from we boath just had babys, big ,
food today
breakfast more stewed frute and porrege,
lunch,apple,4 ryevita with light philly,
dinner,rice and peas, marsh mallows 0% fat and kind of low in cals

Been preparing for the party tommorrow, most of today so eaten more than usual as been in the tempatation zone of the kitchen.

Brekkie - I w/m toast and marmite, I large banana.

Snacks - Half a honeydew melon. Pkt pom bear crisps. 3 jaffa cakes, 2 morning coffee biscuits.

Lunch - Soup and I white granary toast and spread. Handful of raisins.

Tea - Lamb shank, 1 potato, veg.

3 cups of tea, 2 cans Fanta Zero, 1 litre of orange squash.

just ate an alpen bar for breakfast only after did i look at ingreedence and see it has wheat in it!
i been so good at not eating any aswell!
