Rice Krispies and skimmed milk for brekkie

Snack - Pear and a teacake

Lunch - missed lunch so just had some vegetable soup at 4pm

Tea will be a ww lasagne with some veg.

Also meant to sat this morning that there is def something going about as I was up at 3am with my dd being sick! She has been fine all day today though!

Food diary
Breakfast 2 cups of coffee(couldn't think what to have as going wheat free)
Lunch stir fry beef with veg and basmati rice(didnt have brown in the house)
Snacks grapes, few sips of dps bannana milkshake and 3 of his chips)
4 pints of water. 3 diet cokes.
Havn't had dinner yet, dont feel hungry yet. Not sure if i'll bother.

lunch - a scone!!! (wasnt really hungry)

oh dear its a bad day!!

not lost anything either bah, must try harder and get on that BLOODY gym - gggggrrrrr!!! (to myself

Dont worry lipsbite, sometimes weight doesnt come off straight away, you might find it all drop off next week. Perhaps you should go wheat free, some off us are giving it a go this week. I think the wheats going to drop off this week if we all focus. Im going to buy a dance mat and a pedometre to try and get more active.
I've written down my measurments and put them into a chart. Thanks for the idea dic.
Anyway good luck for the weekend ladys. Remember not to let all the hard work slip.

good evening all,
my food today was like this :
breakfast stewd frute and porrege ,
lunch, 3 ryevita and philly extra light
dinner, vegi stew with quarn peices in it , rice and peas,1 club bar
drink, water,
lipsbite, dont worry that u havent lost any this week, dont let it put u off corse ok?
when i was doing slimming world some weeks i was good and didnt lose and got pissed about it then the next week it wood catch up and i wood lose extra, (normaly happend around time of mounth)

of course it hadnt put me off at all as ill be happy if i just lose 7lb

ill give it a go with the wheat free week and see how it goes (its a good excuse to do shopping as no foods in atm)

we've got a dance mat (for my unfit 7 yrs old SD!!) that dont plug into the playstation as it runs by batteries..

oh i highly recomend it!
i bought exersise dvds and tryed them they wear sooooo borring, so i was looking on line for some idears of a good dvd, and came across a messege bord with all theses pple saying how much weight they lost on dace mat, i had one for years think got used 2 times so i tryed that and wow it was funny as hell getting the hang of it now at first i looked like a fish flaaping round out of water lol,
i do it on work out mode, u put in your weight and it counts how many callerys u burn, and it even counts the steps that u make that r wrong towords your callerys,

Hi everyone

Bit late posting my food diary...

Breakfast - 2 slices of toast, l/f spread and sliced banana

Following this have been wheat-free so:

Lunch - mango and melon, l/f yoghurt (half pot because had to share with ds2)

Dinner - jacket potato with tsp of half-fat butter, beans and sprinkle of cheese

Snacks - packet of skips, currently having glass of wine

Here's to next weeks weigh-in, keep up the good work everyone

Great! Apart from a bit of swimming I'm generally a lazy lump, so I'll start by doing some more exercise and give myself a 'no puddings, biscuits or alcohol' regime except at weekends I think. Dance mat sounds interesting we have one of those - I'll get the kids to show me how it works tomorrow. That should amuse them if nothing else!

Bike's are good.

Apart from the exercise you get, you end up with a nice pert b*m which makes you irrestible to the other half.

Morning everyone.
Welcome snorcackle, maybe you should allow one day of the weekend for puddings and alcohol. Otherwise you might put on all the weight you lose during the week, as the weekends 3 eves and 2 full days, its enough time to take in way too many caleries. I treat myself on a friday night. I go out and have a few drinks with my friend. Normally I end up having a burger after Im not going to tonight. Im determined to go COMPLETELY wheat free and dont want to eat late at night either.
Dic is your dance mat on the playstation? Dp is going to get me one, he seems quite keen to get on it himself.
I had porridge this morning, I made it with water. I have to say I find it much nicer with water. Still not overly keen but will get used to it.

yeah mine is on playstation, if you and dp want one why dont u get 2? then your can play at same time , i just got second one yesterday so i dont have to hear dd and ds nagging me when im on it hehe ,
