Oh dear
I have been away all weekend - avoiding the truth of how naughty I have been - but I really must get back to it so I'm here to name and shame myself! I weighed again Sat am and had lost another 2Ib bringing my total to 4Ib BUT after the weekend I've had I've put 3 back on!
OK - this is how bad I've been.......
Friday *night8 - drank about 2 bottles of wine
Saturday (here we go!)
cereal with full cream milk
cheese and bacon pastry
flapjack
cream tea for lunch
McDonalnds cheesburger
chicken curry and french bread
another 2 bottles of wine!
Sunday
toast
cheese and tom sandwich and crisps
roast dinner (with about 4 roast pots!)
apple crumble with left over clotted cream for pudding
Oh dear lord - it looks awful actually written down!
OK - so someone kick my arse PLEASE !
I am doing better today - so far I have had 1 cup of tea, milk, 1 sugar. I am going to have a ww soup for lunch and a home made curry for tea with rice. I will do better this week!
Have some outings planned with the kids so hopefully I'll be too busy to eat anything!
Oh, on some good news though - I ordered 2 dresses from my Next catalogue for a friends wedding. I ordered them in a size 12 and they were both too big! I was very very pleased.
Well done to all of you that managed to survive the weekend without being naughty - you are my idols and I will try harder next week to be more like you!
