The end is in sight- 2 days left of the Duncan Diet. 9lbs lost so far which I am quite pleased with. I am determined to carry on cutting down and eating sensibly after this. Smile

frownyface · 13/09/2014 13:06

Wow well done two ton! :)

TwoTonTessie · 13/09/2014 13:10

You've done well this week too, Frowny. It really helps posting here and getting encouragement.

FavadiCacao · 13/09/2014 13:14

Well done frowny and Tessie.:)

I had an accident with some 0 calories wine last night, which led to a 0 calories cooked breakfast this morning with all visible fat removed by chewing action of course. Back on track now with a lovely fruit salad. :)

T.A. mat exercise video has finally arrived this morning and I tried it out in full, to redeem myself but I suspect I might need the next level up to come close to the right punishment. Grin

2kidsintow · 13/09/2014 13:32

Huge pan of savoury brown rice made today. 250 cals for a big bowl.... helped slightly by the fact that I forgot to put the snipped bacon in. So it's veggie too. :)

Going out to the pub might undo any of today's good work, however.

TheHoundsBitch · 13/09/2014 21:28

I'm eating Dominoes and I had cake for lunch.

Been going downhill fast here.

DDs birthday today...haven't actually eaten much but what I have eaten hasn't been good (tuna & cheese quesadilla, chilli & rice and birthday cake) and I suspect a few other items might have fallen into my mouth whilst I was making the party tea.

DD had a slushy cup which I am about to test drive with ready mixed mojito, and we're going out for lunch with The Olds tomorrow.

Back on the wagon Monday. There's potential for me to break through the next stone barrier by the end if the month if I'm really disciplined. Am not giving up now.

TheHoundsBitch · 13/09/2014 22:12
Shock I have lost a stone as of this morning! Even with my KFC last night... One more stone to go!I will be back on the wagon tomorrow or maybe monday and I'm gonna try the Duncan from Blue diet, if I hate it I'll go back to 800 cals a day.

2kidsintow · 13/09/2014 23:51

Well, I survived a trip out to the pub on just one cider and a double baileys bought for me by someone else

I'm over on my cals, but I've hit my 10,000 steps a day target which must help a little.

Back on it tomorrow probably Monday. Getting ready to go out was a trauma as I didn't look nice in anything I have because of my gut. :(

bleedingheart · 14/09/2014 09:28

Congratulations Hound!

I have lost 3lbs and then flew from the wagon at breakneck speed. Custard donuts may have been involved.
I am going out for lunch today and then back on it tomorrow.
Stomach is very bloated and I may be in need of some special tea. BlushBrew

TheHoundsBitch · 14/09/2014 10:09

Thanks bleeding! I started on 26th August, so it's taken 19 days to lose a whole stone - I

flightywoman · 14/09/2014 20:19

Last 2 days have been not Duncan at all, but I think I managed a 6 or 7lb loss this week, which is a good start. I've rarely been a fast loser, I have to really deny myself almost all food, cry a lot, and smoke like a chimney to register a big loss (aka the being dumped diet!).

Apart from anything all the eggs were very 'binding' Wink and that was really quite uncomfortable.

Victrix · 14/09/2014 21:13

Phwoar just got right in amongst a Dominos

Worth it.

WyrdByrd · 14/09/2014 21:29

Hounds - a stone in 19 days is bloody awesome - well done!

Dread to think what I've done to myself over the last few days. Back on it big time tomorrow, but may just weigh at the end of the month as I don't dare look for fear it'll be so bad I'll think 'sod it' and give up.

frownyface · 14/09/2014 22:39

Wow hounds good on you!

I will be happy with 4-5 lbs off this week, meaning i will have lost 6-7 lbs in two weeks, then will have the will to carry on into week 3.....

I had chocolate otange today....it was so bloody good and i restrained myself to only 6 segments

Feeling a bit nervous about the weigh in tomo...

TwoTonTessie · 15/09/2014 05:51

Finished the Duncan Blue diet. Total loss - 11lbs in a week. Not bad going or someone that's never dieted before Grin

JustLikeHeaven · 15/09/2014 08:53

Hi everyone, I have about a stone to lose. I'm going to an event on Friday and wondered if I started this today would I lose 5 or so just doing it for 4 days. Wishful thinking on my part??? Thanks for any advise on rapid weightloss. . The kind we all love ;)

coffeeinbed · 15/09/2014 08:56

11.3 this morning.
This week will be better.

Hello JustLike Heaven.
It's worth a try.

coffeeinbed · 15/09/2014 08:57

Blimey tessie.
That's brillant.

Victrix · 15/09/2014 09:00

Well done Tessie Grin

JustLikeHeaven · 15/09/2014 09:08

Thanks coffeeinbed. i haven't eaten bread for two weeks (torture). . So wondering if anyone has substituted the bread with maybe protein and still had results. Or just eat tomatoes. . . Oh joy. Thanks guys. .

coffeeinbed · 15/09/2014 09:26

Bread or tomatoes.
Oh the dilemma.

coffeeinbed · 15/09/2014 09:27

I stay away from bread, it also means I have nothing to put butter on, so that's also good.
Good butter on good bread is my main problem.
