It has to stop - every year I say I am going to lose weight and each year I put weight on. My 'fat' shorts that I have had for years and always kept as I didn't want to buy new shorts in the same size as of course next year I would be a size 12 - are now too small. I am so ashamed. I start a new diet practically every day and don't last until lunch time.
I am going to post on this thread each week so that I can be accountable to myself at least.
Stats:
5'5 and 15st4
I need to lose around 4.5 stone to get to a healthy bmi
I am NOT going to diet - I am going to eat sensibly and increase fruit and veg intake and drink lots more water. My only rule is no secret eating/binging as this is my major downfall 
If anyone would like to join me that would be great but I am going to keep posting to help myself stay focussed.
