Yes book was just a free one from the iTunes thing and wasn't that good once it was finished, but whilst reading I couldn't put it down, I didn't even notice the time. (Today I am, I'm keeping a countdown for my bedtime)
I've totally wasted a beautiful day in the sun and instead have made a fort with ds in the front room using every quilt, cushion, pillow, sheet and throw over we have. It's very cosy and we've just had a picnic in there! 
I've decided this week I'm going to be focusing on how much exercise I can do with ds, walking to the park instead of driving, playing lots of tag and races etc. so no toning just pure calorie burning. I will work on losing it all first then I'll figure out the toning bit later.
I would really like a stone gone by sept. Then another by nov.. Is that doable? Or have I set it too high?
