Yay found you all again. I've been doing it since 27th December and have lost 36lbs so far. I've gone a bit off course but hopefully getting back on. My loss has started to slow down or go up, so I am trying out new calorie levels. Still only 16lbs to go til this target and 44 til my goal. Does anyone else use Libra which is an android app? It projects your loss so you can see where you are. It also recalculates your goal date based on the trend. I like it as it's just a graph but very helpful.

Oh dear this is depressing. I posted on the first page of this thread, all happy and positive because I'd lost 10lbs. Since then I've put it all back on and more Sad

Back on the wagon for me! Opposable, are you keen to carry on? I know it's got a bit quiet on this thread, but I'd like to be your buddy!

Hello, I'm on holiday now but happy to jump back in when I get back. Am around 13 stone, so have 3 to lose. But started at 16.

Will need big kick up the backside when I get back so happy to nag and be nagged!

Okay, great. Enjoy the rest of your holiday. Three stone loss is amazing! You must be really pleased.

Just weighed myself and my start weight is 13st 3lb. I won't be following any particular diet, but will be focusing on:

No snacks except fruit.
Healthy meals and sensible portion size.
Regular exercise (running, swimming).

No change for me this week. I went out for dinner last night, to my friend's house who is a fantastic cook, so today's reading is hopefully a little unrepresentative! Determined to keep trying Smile

I put on a pound this week, mostly due to snacking on lots of crisps that people brought over for a BBQ on the weekend! Off to my parents for a week now so not sure that will help either. Ah well, I'm getting there slowly.

Can I join?
My starting weight was 83.9kg last Friday
Current weight is 82.2kg
I'm trying to meet my goal of 68kg by end of January 2015.

I'm tracking calories and doing some exercise each day. I've lost my running courage so am using YouTube for home workouts.

Hello weekipper, well done on your first week, that's a great start! You weigh about the same as me.

Keep going, opposable. The holidays are hard aren't they? I took the DC to a pick-your-own blueberries place today. Then I made blueberry cobbler to use up some of our haul, and of course I had to try it too! I have been better generally this week though.

Lost 1lb this week. Was hoping for more but it's better than nothing!

It's my weigh in day today but I can't work my Mum's scales. And I have been eating my Dad's homemade bread all week.

I'll be back on it seriously next week.

Does anyone have any good low(ish) carb recipes? I'm going to try falafel made with soya beans next week so more protein, less carbs than chickpeas.

Well I was right about all the homemade bread, 0.5lb on this week.

Still only 1lb down from my start weight. We were on holiday last week, now we are back I'm determined to get cracking. Going to a wedding in a couple of weeks so that is my short term incentive!

Anybody still in?

Last week I put on a pound, this week lost 1.5lbs so I am back to my 2 stone off total.

I going to aim for 1 more stone by Christmas. This will take me just in to a healthy BMI and will be what I weighed on my wedding day.

Hi Opposable!

I'm still bumping along at 1lb below my start weight (after a loss this week and a gain the week before). Determined to get going now the DC are back at school!
