Right there is no denying it - I am very overweight/obese by BMI charts. I have seen my weight gradually creep up over the past few years and I've now reached the tipping point where I stood on the scales and actually cried 
So from now, no more excuses, no hiding behind "it's Xmas/birthday",no lying about my weight to hide the shame. No "I've just has a baby" excuse now the youngest is 8months.
Here goes:
I am 5ft 5in and today weigh 15st 4lb. I somehow wear size 16 (promise not crammed in!) with alright legs, huge butt (always has been!), fat tummy and large boobs.
I would like to lose at least 4st and feel more energetic for my kids :)
Whose with me??!!!
