Hello and seasons greetings everyone 
I thought it would be nice to have a fitness fred to cheer each other on when we begin our excise routines this January. This is what you need to do:
- Sign in and introduce yourself
- Tell us what exercise you plan on doing come January 2014
- Tell us how you will treat yourself
Also, you don't have to do this but I love this website www.calm.com/ - they have a wonderful 2 minute meditation :)
And for those who tell me to start now... sod that, it is Christmas!!!
Hi I'm Milk :) I like talking on these threads as although weight loss is not my only goal, you ladies are very motivated and I need that kick up the ass! As for exercise, I shall be doing a 30 minute exercise DVD once a day :)
