Don;t have the salads in Pizza Express they are spawn of the deveil and have enough calories to keep a small country fed for a week. I think the margaria pizzas are lower in fat/calories I'm going to try to find it for you....

Calories per half a pizza (135g): 263kcal ie whole one (who eats half!) is 526 cals which I think is managablemeal out of you don;t have a strater or desert.

sounds like people may have done well again this week - exciting!
I would just like to say, that, although I'm not officially trying to lose weight here being pregnant and all, I am pretty excited that I have only put 4 pounds on since I found out - and that was in about the first week, have put on nothing in the last 3 weeks. Hurrah! last time I had put on about a stone by now I think . Am feeling more confident that I can control everything much better this time.

have just ordered myself a takeaway curry though - ah well

it's true about PE. Seem to remember a Margarita was 10 or 12 points whereas the salads were loads more. And don't for goodness sake eat the salad dressing - they might as well drizzle lard on your lettuce

They seem to be a chain, I've certainly seen a couple - but all near here so maybe just a local chain.

Their profiteroles are to die for ... they're smothered in chocolate cream (as well as the stuff inside) and they are just ... oooooh ... gorgeous. And their garlic bread just oooooooozes deliciousness (it ooooooooozes butter as well) ... Not somewhere to go when you're on a diet

You get three profiteroles and they completely cover a dinner-sized plate. All creamy and gooey inside and then this chocolate and cream mousse smothered all over them, dizzled with chocolate sauce.

They garnish them with strawberries and Chinese gooseberries so they count towards your fruit intake ... so they class as healthy, right?

Blimey - you are, aren't you! I'm very impressed . There's nothing on telly tonight, is there. Mind you, I've got plenty of tidying/washing up/loading dishwasher that I should be doing. But I might still make a run to the freezer.

Dh is away, there's nothing much on the telly, I haven't even got any nice food in the house to console myself with.

And I am sitting on my hands to stop me posting on the extended breastfeeding thread, because if I start I shan't stop. And my blood pressure would hit the roof.
