I went to the gym today for the first time in a month! I tried on a pair of shorts yesterday and the fat spilled over the waist band Hmm not a good luck.

Me and the dds go away on the 29th so have got to do some drastic for the next week not looking forward to it but hopefully will work well under pressure!

My plan is to try and get to the gym every day (ie get up early go and then get back sort dds and get them to camp/me to work) drink a ton of water and healthily salads/ and lowish carbs ... We shall see Grin

12 3 this morning, not too bad although after weekend of earing & drinking I succumbed to the doc's tummy bug [bleurgh] so should be less really... Off camping this afternoon, just for 2 nights to Whitby, but camping usually very carby so will have to see how that goes!

20 mins on stepper and a 30 mins spin class oh my god!!!

Still feeling frumpy and lumpy and as far as I can see no movement what so ever on scales except the wrong wayHmm 5 more days of the gym and 6 days of salad/healthy eating left.. Not one Pringles has passed my lips since sat Shock

Well interesting morning went to gym did 20 mins on the stepper, went to spinning anticipating 30 mins of pure hell got to 7.30 will no sign of stopping it was a 45 mins class!!! I am in agony!

Didn't weigh and not going to check til Monday (still hoping for my whoosh!)

I did itGrinGrinGrinGrinGrin 10 days in a row of going to the gym ended it with a 45 mins cardio session, exhausted and shattered but Grin only one more work day and 3 weeks with dds Smile

I was 12 8 this morning so a bit worse than a normal weekend but not horrific. Got scuppered on my fast day by coffee and walnut cake which led to a few biscuits so coming off the wheat again until Monday when holidays begin again Grin

Back to work tomorrow so two days away from temptation before I confess my weigh on Friday. Eek. Also give my liver a brief respite as think I only managed 8 sober days since 17 July Shock am thinking about zero booze September, wonder if I'll actually manage that!

Well I thought I was doing quite well got down to -3lb yesterday out unfortunately back up on today Hmm have a tooth infection and need to get the stupid tooth out Monday. On antibiotics which I always think scupper weight loss (she hopes)

Having lots of soup and liquids and need to get a gym routine going.
