The table is pulled out of the way. The jingly music is playing. Jillian is grinning at me and waiting to introduce me to her "two best girls helping us out". But I cannot bring myself to press play.
I did so well last week, a full week of shredding and watching what I eat. This week, Mr Motivation has left the building. I've already hada a square of chocolate.

admittedly the bent knee ones, but i've got a weak ankle so i'll carry on doing that i think

yeah, i'm more Natalie than Anita now, getting right into the lunges, but still struggling with the cardio a little.

still, D6 over and done with Grin

Day 1, level 1 completed! Yay! Rather unprepared though and did not have any weights.

can I join? im on day 6 of level one, dvd had been gathering dust since last year where I got to day 7 and gave up, determined this time. Have taken my weight measurements and photos on day 1 so hoping to see progress. Trying to do the shred followed by davina dvd cardio section have managed both the last few days. Don't have a lot of weight to lose but major toning needed!

Yay twentytinytoes I didn't have weights either on day one so I used 2 bottles of water!

I know I'd rather do it in the morning. I tend to wait for DH to get home from work to watch DS, he's 10 weeks and doesn't seem to nap long enough during the day to let me get through it! Jillian's voice made him scream the only time I tried it, I'm sure he was just sympathising with me!!

I'm going to do it during the day tomorrow though as DH isn't at work. Smile

Wow bionic, you sure live upto your name! I tried to do it first time when DD was 12 wks and it was too much, but here you are with a 10 wk old baby ! Doubly well done to you! It's taken me almost 2 years to try again

Level 2 day one done. Oh my! My arms are very sore, which they never were with L1. I was almost in tears at some of the loves!

Bionic 16 week old DS watches me from the bouncer with a face like Hmm. My three year old DD tries to join in!

Kudos to shredding at night, especially when your DCs are so young.

DD is 6 but her SN make it difficult for her to understand that talking to me and asking me to do stuff halfway through crunches (you're just trying to get up, mummy) isn't ok. By the time she's in bed and quiet all I can do is collapse in front of the TV!

Morning! decided to come to good 'ol MN for some moral support!

Am on Day 2 of Level 1, never done it before and am aching like an 80 yr old! very chuffed that I did it today though, could hardly get out of bed this morning!

My volum is broken on my PC speakers (watching it on You Tube) so I just have music on,and copy her and her less hardcore girls!

Morning all, level 1 day 2 completed. Oh dear, even my fingers ache to type! DP found me some weights this morning which made today much tougher. But both DC are asleep so i got to do it in relative peace which is much easier than DS constantly asking me to play trains, cuddle, do puzzles etc. Also been to the park this morning and the shops, thank goodness there are no biscuits in the house or i would be very tempted.

Thanks for the welcome :) don't think its on you tube I have a couple of davina dvds the one im using is davina intense, I do that cardio bit without the warmup after the shred, as the shred kills my muscles but doesn't do much for me cardio wise.

day 7 today not had a chance to shred yet ds2 is refusing to nap! but hoping I will get it done soon, hoping to see some changes soon ive lost 3 pounds on the scales though :)

cant wait to start level 2 I know what jillian is going to say word for word of level 1 now!

Hi everyone, getting busy round here now! I completed day 7 this morning-pleased that I've stuck with it for a week!!! Level 1 is definitely getting easier for me, even following Natalie and upping the size of my weights this morning! And I think that there is a general improvement to how toned I look and a decrease in tummy/love handle area! ( hate that term but don't know how else to describe the hip/back flab that I have!) Looking forward to level 2 but think tomorrow I will mute the tv as I can't listen to the chat any more! Wink

Don't push yourself to hard iced! If you get an injury you may not be able to do it at all. But... Can you tell me what's in level 2? Not had a chance to look yet too scared

Is day 3 as bad as everyone says? My fitness mate said if I can get through the pain of Day 3, Day 4 will be a doddle!!

I daren't even do my measurements, I look about 5 months pregnant!!

Libertine, day 3 was the hardest for me! My legs ached soooooooo badly! I had a bath after my workout in hope the heat would loosen things! Day 5 onwards things feel much better IMO.

Bionic, I felt in need of a nap this afternoon, my 2 yr old went to bed and I had the choice of lounge around and mn or get up and do some cooking with eldest. We've got the dinner slow cooking in the oven and currently having tea and biscuits, he's eating my biscuit for me however. Hmm Dinner time cannot come soon enough!
