The table is pulled out of the way. The jingly music is playing. Jillian is grinning at me and waiting to introduce me to her "two best girls helping us out". But I cannot bring myself to press play.
I did so well last week, a full week of shredding and watching what I eat. This week, Mr Motivation has left the building. I've already hada a square of chocolate.

Yep ripping I'll be back tomorrow! Maybe francis will be back with her motivation too-she did say Sunday! Looks like we are the only two doing it at the moment, the thread has gone very quiet!

Yes I will be back tomorrow morning. Feeling quite motivated by it, theres nothing beats day 5 of the exercise and diet, I feel so healthy, slim and brilliant. Unfortunately thats usuallly when I allow mysekf a day off :(

See you in the morning francis! I'm hoping day 4 is going to be easier, I found it hard today as I'm so sore. I just keep thinking by the end of the month I'll be a whole new me! Well that's the plan anyway.

even wearing a too small bra and with a very tight sports bra on top, i still struggle to do butt kicks or jump rope without having to hold on Blush

seriously though, you have to be careful if your weights are liquid filled, something to do with equilibrium and static weight and what if you drop it, what a waste Grin

I use DH's weights

with all the weights taken off, so I actually just use the bars and that is hard enough

I wish the push ups weren't at the start though, they are the hardest by far. it would be nice to get to them knowing you are nearly done

Yep ripping, same as me! It's getting easier isn't it?! I might sneak a peak at level 2 and see what's coming. Or maybe I'm best to be blissfully ignorant! Can you see any difference in yourself yet?!

Francis-I like the push ups! I get fed up with jumping jacks by the end though!

I think they are before lots of star jumps so you release your muscles during the swinging.

I don't think I look different yet, I've got a long way to go being so fat, but I feel great!

I'm in a different mindset this time around. Before I was looking forwards to days when I could make an excuse not to do it, now I'm trying to plan days so I can :-O

l3 is easier than l2 in my opinion

Definitely agree about the mindset. I'm also calorie counting on MFP and there's no point doing it half heartedly. If I do I get to mid afternoon and cram as much chocolate in as I can. Whereas if I'm fully engaged with it, I do really well. Problem is I don't know how to get that! ame with the shred, plus the shred in the morning gives me extra motivation to not say "screw the diet"

Actually I do. I need to fight the cravings for 2 or 3 days - have 2 or 3 really good days. After that I start to see results and have lost that "what's the point" feeling. But getting those 2 or 3 days out of the way is so difficult,esp when up to the day before I have been eating what I like, when I like (and that tends to involve a lot of chocolate)

I'd like to do the shred, I've seen it on you tube so won't have to buy. how do I know when to move up from level 1 to 2 etc?
