Hi ive really had enough now I need to loose about a stone well thats what wii fit says lol
I thought it maybe helpful to find a buddy who wants to loose weight aswell to egg each other on then I think im more likely to stick with it im a stay at home mum to a two year old so finding time for exercise is getting difficult. Im writing up a healthy shopping list tonight and I plan to start my diet tomorow, I actually eaten three magnums today which is terrible lol

Can I join too? I need to shift about a stone and a bloody half! It piled on when I was in a job I hated (which is odd because I cant eat when I am stresses) and it won't budge!

I also have big fat arms and bum. Great!

I am finding that its lack of energy that is my main problem. I work most weekdays and if I have a day off, its usually taken up with tasks and family jobs. I have tried doing gym classes but have had to cancel the past few weeks due to: boiler man coming, sick child, my own does of flu, school sports day.

Many a slip, and all that! I suppose the bellyful of M&M crispies probably hasn't helped today!

I was about to take DS for an after school bike ride but he has just had a bout of D+V (just popped him into bed) so God obviously doesn't want me to exercise!

And those damn maomix sticks are just too tempting!

Hi yeah im finding lack of energy aswell now lol
Ive stuck to it still and my mum commented said I looked like id lost weight but not sure if she just being nice :-)
Yeah I checked the low carb thing and looks like alot have had success with it. Im trying to cut out bread at the moment.
I went swimming on sunday aswell, im feeling really tired today

I am always tired these days!

I skipped breakfast and had a coffee, then broke down and had a pain au chocolat and a coffee when I get to the office.

Then I have to give a presentation to some prospects. I was bouncing off the walls!

Sadly sugar and caffeine have a really bad effect on me these days. They make me hyper, shakey and my eyesight goes all weird. But still I haven't learned!

Hi guys ,i love lucozade for giving me energy but it has so much sugar in it ,it cant be doing my figure any favours .Hope you keeping up the good work,its still raining here so no exercise today for me x

Yes I like lucozade aswell lol especially if im off out walking somewhere I felt I needed it I hvnt done since I started diet though.

I think being mum and juggling other commitments make us tired and stress too x

Hi how r u getting on ,im thinking of joining slimming world on monday just to give me an extra push , as i need more inspiration for low fat healthy foods ,do u think thats a good idea or waste of money ?xx

Sounds a really good idea to me. You could give it ago and yeah I know what you mean about healthy recipes I dont know many unless its just salads. I have a look into it aswell xx

So far I have had a relatively good brekkie and have started taking my 'active life' multivits. I have a gym class booked and may or may not do some housework (not at work today).

There is no chocolate in the house...

I was actually heavier this morning that when I jumped on the scales before I went to bed. HEAVIER I tells ya! How does that happen?

I don't feel too bad today - I started my supervits and am still awake, so they must be doing something (I'm usually zonked out by 9:30!). I could probably have drunk more water in this heat though.

I know you shouldn't really weigh yourself obsessively but still... Good for you going for a ride though. Its far too hot but I was walking a lot today and kept drinking water. Sleepy though, annoyingly. I'm really not built for heat!

Irritatingly, I used to be naturally skinny (but still eating like a horse on steroids) but since I hit 40 its been creeping up on me!

My kids will be exercising with me they love walking so we will walk to the furtherst park and back and also swimming although i cant really swim much when the little ones are there .i also live across from a leisure centre so theres lots of table tennis ,ice skating and alse gym .What about you guys ?

Not sure yet. I work 3 days a week so will try to fit it around that!

Probably go swimming, table tennis and a jog around the park (he can take his bike). He plays tennis so I will probably take him for a knockabout too. I will need to miss my pilates class though (boohoo).

My son is two so we always together :-) unless he at dads. We do lots of walking also swimming but have to take nan along if I want to swim myself lol
