Oh.....bloody hell.....why couldn't the weigh in have been this morning.

I was 1lb lighter today making my total to a whole whopping great 2 pound.

How is everyone today? Weekend is nearly over, I had half a bottle of red wine and Friday night and then again on Saturday night, had my parents over for dinner yesterday and was quite restrained apart from the ice cream and eves pudding but it could have been much worse. Fish with couscous tonight.

Becca, I know you are looking for recipes and I do have some low fat favourites I just haven't had time the last week or so but I hope to get them to you before this week's weigh-in.

Really difficu,lt weekend for me diet wise as we have been socialising too much

Yesterday DH's parents came and stayed over. I made kebabs, rice and pitta with meringue nests, 0% fat greek yogurt and fruit for tea so that was pretty goos. However, we then proceeded to take x number of bottles of wine!!!

Today we have had lunch out at the Mexican downstairs with friends. I had mushrooms of spiced bread (so bread is the baddy here) and a veggie paella for main (not too bad as only ate half and it didn't seem to greasy). I had no pudding too!

Tonight we have other friends coming and I am doing a pasta dish - tomato based and ine is mainly veg with a bit of olives and prawns in. I will NOT allow myself to have any of the garlic bread I promise! But probably more drinking!

Will have to starve myself this week to ensure my cocktail dress looks fine on Friday at the ball

Feeling reasonably virtuous at present - my jeans are definitely looser and I can now button up a jacket which previously had to be kept open.

The downside is I need to cut down on gym appearances - I had been managing 5/6 times a week, but was sacrificing all one to one time with DS2. Will now manage 3/4 times a week and takes DSs swimming (though not exactly exercise for me).

Not done any exercvise other than walking in and out of town 2 or 3 times a week. My lift stops working tomorrow though so I will have to walk down 120 odd steps every morning and back up again at night, at least once every day for the next 9 to 12 weeks. That has got to help hasn't it.

I follow WW but not joined. I have the pure points books from MIL and have got it all on a database. I just do it that way. Helps as DH is doing it with me

After asking DH to get me something fairly restrained he topped it up with pakora and a big garlic nan and of course I had to eat my share!
