MY ww woman says you have to have a differnt breakfast to shock your sytem aotherwise it still extracts fat from low cal b fasts

Well on work days I just have ready brek, at weekends grapefruit. Don't really 'do' breakfast much - only have it so I am not starving by break time.

When I join my new class should I transfer my membership to keep all previous weights etc or just join as new member and start from scratch and get new pack?

hello all,
just to let you know I am bowing out of Big Mamas for the time being. I am having a pretty rough time at the moment emotionally and really can't concentrate on a diet. However am not giving up and hope to be back asap. Just to say a massive thank you to Becca pubicly for all her support over the last couple of days for her support. Good luck to the rest of you.

I was just checking in as havent for a couple of weeks, those who have read my recent posts will know why.Just reading Clairbelles post prompted me to say that I will also have to finish with WW, as I think I am going to have to find a better diet for my condition, as I am not very well at all . Becca & Hula & cd of course thankyou for all your support please stay in touch. Cheers to all the slimmeeee slimmeee girls on here WELL DONE. I may just linger on these threads to see how u r all doing.

If any one has some tips on diets for Hypoglycemia it would be aprreciated.

As a good bye for now, I'm 9lbs BTW now & stabilised for last 2weeks at that even with not dieting anymore,(although cant get below that for some reason). Please add me to your weigh in post, thought I might be too late to email Beccs for the final Thurs list. I dont mind telling everyone I have told worse.

I have completely forgotten to weigh myself this morning, I thought it was Wednesday I will have to do it tomorrow as I have just eaten my tea and I am sure it will make a very big difference.

Have not been on Mumsnet much this last week but sorry to see Melsy and Clairabelle leaving us. Hope everyone is feeling great this week.

We have lost 12.5 lbs between us which gives us a grand total so far of 126.5 pounds :D Yay us!!

Special mention to Hulababy who has her ball tomorrow - have a FAB time, you have done really well and consistently lost every week and deserve to look BRILL in your dress

This week is the week we all MUST do our best - I want good weight loss from everyone next thursday lets really really try!

Ive been truly crap today so I publically pledge I will lose at least 2lbs this week!

Thanks Becca. Feeling good for tomorrow now. Tummy is definitely going down. Looking forward to getting that dress on now. Trouble is I have a 4 course meal with wine and champagne to devour too. I promise to dance lots too though, and to eat even less next week to make up for it. Determined not to put on though.
