That would be Float Grin

RandallPinkFloyd · 30/06/2013 20:47

That sounds ace!

buzzybuzzybeeshoes · 30/06/2013 21:32

AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH well done Randall! Amazing work, chief! What size were the Jeans That Made You Cry? You must look fab Grin

SylviaDaisyPouncer · 30/06/2013 21:53

Yay! Way to go Randall you rockGrin

Hope you had a fab pirating afternoon lizzy

Too much food this weekend, damn this hot weather and barbecues! Also had a rubbish couple of nights with dd so tired and craving carbs and sugar. Well more than craving...I have eaten them all.

Right back on it tomorrow. Keeping on the straight and narrow until the 19th (dd birthday) when we have 2 parties for her. Long story but half of my family have fallen out with each other and I couldn't bear them all in my house together. We did the same last year hoping the situation would improve by this birthday. It hasn't. Families eh?

Well done again Randall. Awesome work!

RandallPinkFloyd · 30/06/2013 22:44

The Jeans That Made Me Cry were a size 14 and are now officially too big!

Fuck you skinny jeans Grin

I feel your pain with the birthday party. My DS's 1st birthday party was completely overshadowed by family crap, so much so that I really don't want to have one this year. But then I feel horrendous guilt that if I give in to it he'll be the kid that never has a birthday party.

Families eh?!

DoubleMum · 01/07/2013 08:02

Hooray for the Pants of Motivation! They obviously did their motivational job. Oh, and well done Randall who may have had something to do with it.

Size 12 randall it's such a nice phrase to be able to say! It just sounds so... neat iykwim!

buzzy your pirate gag made me guffaw Grin easily pleased, me.

Fasting after a weekend of eating school fete cakes. Was actually quite embarrassed about how many repeat trips I made to the cake stall, had to cram them into my bag. Quite enjoyed licking the buttercream off the paper bags though where they had got all squashed. Child!

RandallPinkFloyd · 01/07/2013 19:39

I know exactly what you mean, 'neat' is exactly the word I've been looking for! (Although underneath the clothes it's far from neat!)

The cakes sound lovely. Although tbh cakes I'm not so bothered with. Now if there'd been a cheese stall, then you'd be talking my language Grin

buzzybuzzybeeshoes · 02/07/2013 12:38

I could lay waste to a school fete cake stall RIGHT NOW BY MYSELF [reverie] I'd leave the narsty yellow shop ones with some grubby home-made icing and go straight for the banana loaf and millionaire's shortbread.

Instead I'm trying to catch up from going massively over on cals yesterday Sad Didn't get to go swimming as DH had a work thing last night.

Lizzylou · 02/07/2013 18:03

Ummm cake Confused
Buzzy, can you exercise today? Onwards and downwards Chief.

Feel all lethargic and bleurgh today, grey, rainy Lancashire days do thst to me. So feel like this often Grin

Meta fit tonight to wake me up Confused

TeaMakesItAllPossible · 02/07/2013 21:43

Hurrah. I'm back. And my hangover has cleared up enough to be able to do anything other than read and think what lovely people you all are and a chief union would also be funny though I probably wouldn't drink for 10 hours with you all. Had a lovely Saturday meeting up with my pals from school. OMG. It was like being 17 again. Right down to trying to sneak into my parents house drunk.

Anyway, I ran 6 miles today. And I played hockey yesterday. I am back in the chiefing game. Grin

Congrats Randall .... that is blelly marvel-arse. And I bet they're marvelling at it across Wales now in those skinny jeans. And a new selection of tops. Nice. I've still to do new tops .... got a few new trousers and skirts and frocks some of which now hang-off me, grrrr but tops is next on my list.

Feck me we have an award winning pirate amongst us. Shiver me timbers. And pirate jokes. Brilliant.

Oh SDP that sounds a nightmare. We're really lucky that we don't really have that problem with our families .... largely because we've got so many kids that DS4's birthdays just pass by without any sort of celebration other than cake and a balloon.

Can I help you out on the cake stall buzzy?

buzzybuzzybeeshoes · 03/07/2013 07:09

Tea I don't think any chief in the history of chiefing has ever really minded clothes hanging off them Wink although I 'spect it does get costly... But wouldn't you still choose teeny tiny Primark clothes over massive Prada I wish ! But well done you, and yay for Randall's new tops and SDP's new trews. And yay for drunken nights out with old friends!

Glad to see you back on the hockey and running Tea (I can't believe you manage to run while fasting, I am in awe) and Lizzy your dieting and Metafitting is extremely impressive, wish I had your focus. You must be toning up like nobody's business.

Massive sympathy to all those dealing with faaaaaaaamily stuff.

2lb off for me this week - scales wavered between 2 and 3lb, so as I'd had no real dinner and just finished AF I'm putting it down as 2. Fasting today weep but no exercise apart from my work-day commute, which is a 4-mile round trip of walking. No exercise last night as went to the pub Grin but but it was to a poetry night and I only had a diet coke and I had to walk to get there and it kept me out of the fridge! A crazy lady came into the pub (assuming on crack or similar) to threaten the landlady and smashed up the bar snack machine next to where I was sitting - thought she was going to have a go at me at one stage - so the adrenaline may have burned a few more cals [hopeful]? The joys of SE London! (The landlady was fine, she was safe behind the bar and was very commanding!)

BsshBossh · 03/07/2013 09:59

buzzy goodness, what an experience you had in the pub! Poetry night? Very civilised :) Well done on the 32lb loss.

Welcome back Tea!

We're getting a new kitchen installed. Out-of-action kitchen = limited opportunities to eat. Hurrah! But having to supervise builders = limited opportunities to go to the gym. Hopefully limited eating + no exercise (+ no TOM) = a tiny bit of weightloss this Friday.

RandallPinkFloyd · 03/07/2013 11:18

Sounds like you had a fab time Tea, you deserved it! Glad you're feeling fit enough to get back on it.

Yay to the loss Buzzy, well done you. Poetry and fighting? Interesting evening by all accounts!

Well jel of your new kitchen Bssh Envy

1.8lbs off for me this week so still on track for my birthday so far. This weekend will be a giant bust though so I need as good a head start as possible. T'is the weekend of the 4 day wedding with lots and lots of fabulous food. Can't bloody wait Grin

TeaMakesItAllPossible · 03/07/2013 14:40

Poetry and fighting. Sounds my sort of night

Yey to the 2lb loss too. Bloody brilliant.

Yey to the 1.8lb loss. Marvelous.

And yey to the new kitchen. You obviously have more restraint than me when we did ours I just ate mountains of toast and mashed potato. Mmmmmmm carbs.

Exercised and not fasted today. Whoop. Those are my very favourite days.

Lizzylou · 03/07/2013 14:48

Poetry and fighting sound awesome, Buzzy, yay to 2lb/3lb off! Grin

Exciting getting a new kitchen, Bssh.

4 day wedding? Randalling goes to new heights.

Glad you are back, Tea. Yes to Chief meet up, how funny. We could do exercise drinking games Grin

Did Metafit last night. Was toughest one yet, finsihing on 2minutes of Burpees (a curse on the Sadist who invented those bastards). I managed to do it whilst all around me people were dropping like flies. But I was a bit sick in my mouth. A few times Blush

Belt gone another notch tighter. Been told I my shape has really changed today.

Better have lost some bloody weight!

BsshBossh · 03/07/2013 15:09

The word burpies makes me snort. I'm always embarrassed telling people that I do Romanian deadlifts and goblet squats Grin.

Lizzylou · 03/07/2013 15:26

NOw I have done Romanian Deadlifts, off to google Goblet squats....

Aaah, yes have done those too.

I am going to book a trainer at the gym to show me freeweights. I will impress him with my knowledge of the correct terminology.

Whilst trying not to giggle like a 13 yr old Grin

RandallPinkFloyd · 03/07/2013 15:54

I don't even know what any of those terrifying sounding things are Blush but you must look bloody fantastic.

The mega wedding is certainly going to be one to remember! There are only 24 guests in total and we are all staying in two holiday cottages. We arrive on the Friday and for tea a takeaway has been ordered from a local place that apparently puts lamb on pizza. (I am more than a little intrgued!)

The wedding is on the Saturday. The wedding breakfast is going to be a Thai banquet home cooked by a lady from Thailand.

Hungry yet?

On Sunday we are having a BBQ with meat from the local Rhug estate. All of the above will be accompanied by lots of local wines, ciders and ales.

We come home on Monday and I shall spend the week recovering and fasting my arse off. Weigh-in Wednesday will not be pretty that week so we may just gloss over it.

Then the following Saturday they are having an evening party where the food will be a Thai buffet made by the very same Thai lady.

I'm starting to think I was a little premature I buying all my size 12's Grin

Lizzylou · 03/07/2013 16:19

That sounds like the most perfect wedding ever!

Enjoy Randalling, Randall Grin

BsshBossh · 03/07/2013 17:02

Lizzy impress the PT with these...

Clean and jerk

Power snatch

dinkydoos · 03/07/2013 19:43

Ooh randall that all sounds like a rocking good weekend ahead! And well done on more losses and you buzzy. Skinnies all round! ( ignores the fact that that's a bit of an odd statement...)
lizzy crumbs girl, how do you manage to be so blinking motivated! And you tea and bssh! I was on a bit of a gym roll, but fell off wagon due to DP working away, but even in my heyday, It was rather lacklustre Grin
Fasting again today as have friends over tomorrow who love to drink so thought I had best get it done. Frankly fast days are getting a bit dull!

Lizzylou · 03/07/2013 20:04

Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin @ power snatch!!!
Dinky, well I have a spa weekend with old Uni mates this weekend (will be a randalling oh yes, 2 lots of 3 course meals, 2 breakfasts and lunch all included as well as shedloads of booze I'd wagerGrin ) and my holiday in 5 weeks.
Motivation enough, plus am in a routine now, it is a habit I miss when I can't make a class.
I am finding a lifelong missing competitive streak too!

Lizzylou · 05/07/2013 08:01

Enough of all the chatting chiefs! Shock Grin

Off to prepare for my spa weekend Grin
Have lovely weekends.

BsshBossh · 05/07/2013 08:13

Lizzy Envy Enjoy! Wink
