Morning campers

Here is the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

This week sees the start of Ubercamp. This is entirely optional, by the way!

The idea is that we have three very strict days, keeping our carbs under 20g each day and consuming no dairy.

If you want to take part, I have put together three days' worth of meals as a guide - one which includes eggs and one which is an egg-free plan for those of you who don't like eggs. I'll also do one today which is purely fish-based.

As well as the meal plans, I've also written shopping lists and some recipes, where necessary, and the lovely Willie has put these on the spreadsheet - just look at the tabs at the bottom.

Had sm salmon with scram eggs and spinach for breakfast.

No lunch.

Pork scratchings for snack.

Salmon with creamed spinach and broccoli for dinner.

Water and peppermint tea.

Oh Lavender, poor you! What a horrid day! Hope it gets better soon.

No news here. I made burgers, celeriac chips and coleslaw for tea. It was yum. No movement on the scales but I think I feel a bit thinner so that's positive. On the negative side, like Black, I am going to have a tough time this weekend. DH wants to take me out for the day on Sat and now have family wanting to come on Sun. My weight loss journey is a little more "scenic" than I had planned!

Loads of bugs. Can you book some me time for the weekend if your DH is around?

after doing so well this week has been a nightmare, I've had something carby every day since Monday culminating in a Chinese buffet type thing at lunch today - wtf am I thinking. Am going to do ultra Bootcamp from now til Sunday (at home for next few days so am in total control of what's available) and staying off the scales til Saturday weigh. Can't believe how I've made totally crap choices about food. Off to reread dr Briffa's and sort my life out!

Mackerel, olives, sundries tomato, more olives red wine, asparagus, almonds, lamb skewers, prawns, more olives more red wine, can highly recommend Madrid for low carbing. hic

Just 100g lidl yoghurt with 25g blueberries. I make that a total of 4.6g carbs.

Mmmmmm, sounds nice Dosh. I've just had my husband on the phone from Barcelona, sounding very happy in a tapas bar, nibbling on meatballs and smoked almonds. So jealous! Grin

Just won again at netball! Another good day food wise but I really need to rein in the coffee and up the water! I am going to ubercamp next week as out on Friday.

Just had some salted smoked almonds that were on offer in tesco.

6.9g carbs per 100g but I only had 25g. Really tasty and crunchy. Just what I needed.
