Can't link to this from old thread but thought I'd start a new one as the old one was getting full and kept crashing my kindle.

How many calories can there be in tea? I don't drink the stuff (tastes like hot medicine if you ask me) but surely MFP isn't mean enough to stop you drinking tea.

I'm starting to dislike MFP though, I think it's mean for the sake of it sometimes. I mean ffs 30g of Brie? 30g? Is that supposed to be a treat? It just about stretched to 4 measly crackers and immediately made my fat numbers red.

I have fallen off the wagon and had cake. Blush

Well with semi skimmed milk there is about 14 calories in my tea. But I probably drink 6 cups a day.
Hugo what kind of cake?!

Randall a year ago I was having giant wheels of brie delivered to my house every week with our sandwich business. Brie and bacon baguettes are the best. But I dread to think how many calories were in them.

Brie and hot bacon in a still warm baguette.

Blimey Bshh you have an interesting diet!! love the 3000cal days, they really give me hope Wink
Sorry for being nosey but whats the 105 cals you add in most breakfasts? wondering if that's the secret to her success

Cake. Brie Wheels. Brie and Bacon warm baguettes. Mmmmmm. I want all those things.

Keep talking dirty at me Chiefs.

Been thinking this afternoon about the flake and bounty ambushes that been experienced. I've worked it out. MPF sells their losers' contact details to a confectionary funded secret society. It's just like that sect in the DiVinci Code - it involves the city, banks, the pope and those soldiers with bells on their feet. Hoping to log a loss this week so I get something. Might make my status "make mine a double decker chief hunters"

I log my Yorkshire tea religiously each morning sorry fellow Lancastrian pie lovers but the tea from Yorksire is a-maze-in

Strawberry and white chocolate cake from asda-it wasn't even very nice.Sad

I will start afresh tomorrow.

You lot are being so good, the snow and trying to write an essay is tipping me over.

Pinky the 105 cals are for a slice of bread I ate on those days but couldn't be bothered to search for the brand. Yes, I find my 3000 cal days quite the revelation and exactly why I became so overweight in the first place. This is why I need to log everything and make it public Blush.

OK - can I recommend the Chickpea and Spinach Curry? This was delicious tonight and very filling! I made some minor changes - used frozen spinach, 0% greek yogurt and more spices/hot curry paste. I loved it and DH had 2 servings, so it was obviously good.

Thanks for the good wishes - interview went well. It was more of a "getting to know you" session with the big boss of another division. I think they are going to offer me the job, and I probably will have no choice but to take it - it is going to be loads of stress and politics, but probably very rewarding. Anyway, we shall see.

I know what you mean about calories - the logging everything you eat is quite scary. I was starving before the interview today, after a weird lunch, so had a cappuccino and biscotti at Starbucks. I did not expect it to be particularly slimming, but 200 calories for the biscotti? I could have eaten 3 without blinking - which is why i am fat.... and talk of brie, cake and more brie with bacon is not helping! Mmmmmm - warm cheese...

Well done Lizzy.

Morning all, it's a gym day for me. I usually go at lunchtime after a morning's work but the snow has made me lazy and once I'm (working from) home I'm loathe to leave the warmth. So today I will go straight after dropping DD off at school.

Well done all I have lost 1 more lb so my initial 6lbs was a freak accident! Am going to make the curry today spamm sounds delish. So 7lbs since NYE v happy with that could do with losing another 5.

Bored of this snow now! Makes me want to eat crap and my thighs are aching from trudging up and down the hill over the ice - it'd better be doing me some good. Am planning to have nice warming chilli for tea so might try and go for a swim this afternoon to offset it - if I can face getting undressed in the cold!

Morning all.
Still not weighed after 9 days cos I feel like it won't be great, you just know sometimes don't you?
Will do it tomorrow regardless...
1200 calories is sod all I have realised, ESP if I indulge my wine habit... Reminds me of little Britain where the leader of the slimming group used to always say answer 'dust' when asked by members what they could eat.
I also know I'm not excersing enough, did shred before and it really worked but just can't be arsed actually getting changed into stuff to do it ( including boulder holder glamorous sports bra). Someone kick me!
I am so unsure who I have 'mated' with on mfp, feel free to add me on there so you can nag me ( don't look at red wine entries though) its dinkydoos1943.

Right, must do some actually work at my desk, instead of arsing around. Have a good day chiefs.

Morning.

Well done to Lizzy and Noddy

Not a freak accident Noddy - it happens in fits and starts ... after the baby I used to find some weeks I lost 4lbs and some 1lb even though I ate virtually the same.

My appetite appears to be coming back following a chest infection ... oh, oh. This could be messy!

Three of four schools are now open and as it is one of the older boys off school I shall go to gym today in between stalking agencies and companies for a job.

Giz a job.

Crossing fingers for few politics and stress for spamm
