Can't link to this from old thread but thought I'd start a new one as the old one was getting full and kept crashing my kindle.

We have the bunnies. They are super cute. And Tea we have 2 orandas and they have been poorly, I thought I was going to be in the same situation as you TBH. But in the last couple of days they seem to have turned a corner, fingers crossed.
Hungry waiting for DH to come home, but am trying to see mild hunger as a good thing.

Awwww. Baby Bunnies. Nice. Double

DS4 would love baby bunnies. DS2's goldfish died last night so I'm having pet traumas - I've just spent my lunch break trying to find a coffin for a fish! I have a gift box that I now need to squeeze said dead fish into before he arrives home. I don't think I can cope with another round of heart wrenching sobs this evening. As a result of this morning and last night (over a fecking goldfish) I can't contemplate another pet. Though I really, really want a dog because I can't fit another child in the house and my baby is growing up.

Happy Birthday Wise - enjoy the evening. And I love that you've managed to make a shopping trip into a large calorie burning fest Grin

Bleeding .. and that is pretty blelly amazing

Lizzy can you hear Jillian shouting at you through the packaging. You will have to give in in the end Grin

Fasting properly today on account of half fast on Wednesday.

Happy (belated) birthday Wise, have a nice posh night.
My news is we are getting DD's baby bunnies tonight. Exciting but slightly scary!

Morning Chiefs. I lost you all! < lower lip wobble >
But I've found you again see, you can run but you can't hide
I think a clever person needs to start a new thread soon, can't believe we've filled another one up.
Had a lovely birthday with DH yesterday. We went shopping. 😃I have a DH who actually likes clothes shopping. I only wanted some new bras ( 32FF from 34G), but we both got a bit carried away when all the clothes we tried on that were a size smaller fitted. Very happy. Had a lively lunch at Yo Sushi and coffee and 1/3 of a cake at JL. Other than that, I reckon we walked for about 4-5 hours!
At work today obviously working very hard but then my lovely DH has booked a table at a posh restaurant for tonight. Plan to eat whatever I want, then back on track tomorrow.
Well done everyone else in losses, trips to London (even if you live there) loose trousers and anything else I may have missed.

The container of cava was just an ordinary 75ml bottle! But that's the description I got when I scanned the bar code Grin I don't understand cups either. I just imagine a fair sized tea cup full of whatever and guesstimate from that Hmm And trying to work out how much mince and sauce out of a huge pot of bolognese, though I did weigh the spaghetti.

Usually when I make a vague decision to start EATING HEALTHILY I am surprised I haven't list 3 dress sizes by the end if the day. This actual counting business is a revelation.

Double, think it's high energy potting up of petunias Grin
DH has just had a bit of a run of stuff and work things.

I was biting my lip as have a weekend away with old student mates to plan as we are all 40 last/this year. Hope I haven't blown it!

Everyone is doing so well.

I've had a real change in my habits this week. I've been watching my calories all week because I wanted to have pizza today (love pizza), well I was half way through the first slice and just felt like I could taste all the salt and fat. It felt vile and I couldn't eat it. Last night I resisted chocolate abd wine despite a crap day and no company. Honestly sounds like nothing but this is very different for me. I'm not saying it will last but I feel a change in my cravings already.

Even I might be able to attempt extreme shed. Is it like planking? Do I need a hammer?
Rather liking the tantrum idea if it seems to get results. DH doesn't go 'out' much but he does tai chi and goes to OU tutorials etc, and I never go anywhere!

How fab Double! You really are doing brilliantly.

Kali, I need to know what a container of Cava is? Am envisaging a huge crate.

Have had a tantrum and DH is now no longer going out so I am spinning tonight. Only fair as he is away all weekend so I can't do anything except Jillian. Extreme shed and shred has arrived and I am too scared to open the DVD Blush

Yippee, have just tried on some smaller trousers and they were tight, but I managed to get them done up.

Oh, I see. dinky said "Mistakenly I told mfp that I was completed for the day" then kept eating... I was just wondering if it was an MFP thing, or an eating thing GrinWink

Three pieces of chewing gum = 13 calories! I am enjoying this so mcuh, I can't tell you! I'm even considering shifting all my iPhone apps off the 'front' screen and just having MFP on there. 40yo in 400 days so I need to take this seriously.

Morning. Had a 'container' of cava last night :/

What happens if you tell MFP that you've finished for the day then add something later?

Lizzy look on the Spin as being brutal enough to count for next week too.
The meal was OK but TBH the company meant it was never going to be fabulous! So in that sense I was quite glad I hadn't consumed too many calories, at least I got that out of it!

Randall, you are a star. Enjoy Just Dance, my favourite way to exercise!

Double, oh what a bummer re: meal out. Did you enjoy it? At least it didn't derail you?!!

Dinky, enjoy your evening!

Bsssh, ooh, deadlines (I know what you mean about limiting MN, I have to do that often!), hope all goes to plan.

Have had a well ard spin class, she was brutal, but must have burned some flubber?! Really sort of enjoyable in a weird way. No chance of anymore classes until next week's spin as DH away this weekend and then Boy's birthdays.

Anyone who hasn't added me I am LizzylouM on MFP.

Hello all.
Still plodding away here... Just come back from quick gym session though so feel virtuous.
tea v jealous of a London meal out! For a while pre kids I lived there weekdays, and sooooo loved eating out. The endless choice! Think I would be doing something a bit unusual, like Greek or Turkish etc, if i was going out there tonight , that its difficult to get elsewhere.
Not fasting again till Friday, so am happy though! Mistakenly I told mfp that I was completed for the day, yeah right!! Half a portion of Jamie lasagne ( one with a layer of butternut squash in it, v much would recommend) with maybe half small jacket and some veg due soon. And wine.... But don't forget I had 3 nights off!

Have a good night everyone

Evening ladies, just popping in to say I'll be "offline" for a week or two as need to get a few deadlines met so might not be able to post. Good luck everyone. Will see you soon (might be able to pop in and out but I need to ban myself from Mumsnet when in full working deadline mode as I'm addicted to this site!)

Back from lunch meeting, and it was all a bit complicated, they ordered starters to share and I didn't really fancy them, ignored the bread and ordered lemon sole which was actually ONLY that, then had mint tea (nobody had pud). So no need to worry about today's calorie intake.
Well done on the loss Randall, you're flying now, almost at 2 stone!

*best pie in (not piein)

Report
BsshBossh · 27/02/2013 16:20

Tea will look out for you then Grin. Incidentally, the best piein London (in my not so humble opinion) is upstairs at the Newman Arms down an alley off Rathbone Street (need to book as it's so popular).

Well done on the terrific loss Randall.
