Morning all,
Long time fatty delurking after Having read both threads!!

Have lost 2lb this week pre poo, and needed a cup of tea so will save the power of the poo for another week!!

A couple of things I found Helpful, if im having trouble sticking my calories I count them mid day to midday - I find it easier to eat healthier during the day and stick to a low number of cals until lunch, then getting in from work with only 290 cals!! Id think blow it and eat the fridge!!

My nn is the same as on here if anyone wants to add me!!

Oh and I have at least 4 stone to lose, and would be happy to be 13st something on valentines day!! I'm shredding as well, and it's a killer!!

Wotcha all! How did you manage to increase your calories from 1200 to 1400?

I'm actually feeling a bit unwell 'inside' and think that my calories are too low for my activity levels.

TMI but I've been backed for about a week, did two mahoosive poos last night and am now 1.5 lbs less than yesterday. What the fucking deuce?

Notfootball well done on the poo. I think I need one of those.
Changing your calorie goal is done by going to your profile and changing the amount you want to lose per week. I changed from 2lbs to 1lb and my calories went up from 1200 to 1360.
I have a friend who drinks the vinegar from the pickled onion jar when she is feeling a bit bunged up. Apparently, it works a treat. GrinShe certainly lost about 4 stone.

I have lost another lb so am 10 stone 4. So, eating a load of bollocks all in one go as long as it is under cal limit is evidently the way to go Hmm

I am just off ot the gym, weights, row and swim, and then breakfast after (they do healthy cal counted breakfasts at the gym). But then meeting SIL in a cocktail bar, will stick to martinis, low cal, and not bright pink sweet cocktails.

I did log and it wasn't quite so bad as I thought, although will be healthy today Hmm so far had Rachel's coconut yoghurt with blueberries and pineapple (yum) and two pieces of wholemal toast. Off to log but am likely to miss lunch as doing supermarket shop then!

Morning all. I foolishly left DH to make breakfast while I shredded and was presented with fried eggs, bacon and toast. It was delicious but has thrown me out of whack, calorie-wise.
We're going for lunch later so I've already picked way I'm having. Weirdly the moules and frites is less calories than a ribeye steak and broccoli.
Anyway, I'm left with a teeny amount for dinner...

Made the boys pancakes for breakfast whilst I made do with a bowl of porridge with a handful of raisins.

Just done 5km on the crosstrainer.

Fuck, I'm miserable but I am choosing my hard.

Good start to weekend, food shop, lots of healthy low cal stuff (cost a bloody fortune) and then gym.

Have a seafood feast for dinner tonight, well me and DS2, DS1 and DH hate anything fishy. Mussels and Sardines, lots of salad.

Feel rather good today, all energised and positive Smile

Will prob pass out asleep on sofa this afternoon.

Wow you lot have been talkative, I haven't been on here for a couple of days and you're half way down thread #2.

Porridge with blueberries for me this morning, the dd's said it looked revolting Grin

Love the thread title, particularly apt for me as I love taking the piss out of indigenous populations it was thigh chafage last Saturday despite wearing jeans that spurred me into action.

I AM NOT GOING TO MEASURE MY THIGHS. I have a hefty, matronly buzzoom, the thinnest part of me is just under my bust so my chest size isn't too bad (34/36) and I am currently a J cup. I don't look that big chested though as my horrible flabby stomach balloons from my only thinnish bit and my norks kind of rest on top of it Blush so I look kind of in proportion until you see my massive arse.

I've had my "bad meal" for the week. And all the pizzas/ rubbish food is gone out of the freezer now too so only healthy ish food for another week now! I'm going to attempt to still be under calories (using exercise cals) by the end of the day too!

Bloody sick of living in the plague house. I've been under par for a month - a Month! - starting with flu, then hangover cough/no energy and now daily squits at 3am. Mr and dd1 are just getting over flu and this morning dd2 says "I'm freezing" whilst being boiling hot to the touch.

And I've eaten Nowt but dust And I haven't drunk since NYD. Yet still no weight loss this week.

Enough to drive one to the muffin tin, it is.

theowlworrier MFP home page (but not the other pages) was down for me yesterday but turned my computer on and off and it worked again.
Just had shredded chicken tikka in a pitta with lots of salad and am now stuffed to the eyeballs. Been to Sainsburys to buy food for entertaining tomorrow - won't be the best meal and I'll definitely be over calories but will log it faithfully.
Sassy that does sound tough, hopefully you'll all recover soon and life can get back to normal.

Ah, not just me, then. Seems to mostly be working now, bar the apps page... which is cack, because I am planning to do a couple of nice long walks with DD today, and I wanted an app to track the precise distance/ pace etc.

Is it too late to join? I was reading the previous thread and intended to log in but it moved on too quickly!
Have been using MFP and have lost a kilo but want to lose another 7, ideally 10.
Chocolate is my weakness and the 2pm-5pm lull where I crave it like no ones business!
I'm doing okay for fats and carbs on MFP but sugar is over every day. I don't add it to anything but I love my daily dairy milk!
I want to get rid of this 'wearing a rubber ring under my clothrs' look so the chocolate must go!
