Last one filled up really quickly, so here is a brand, spanking and distinctly thinner thread for you to fill up.

Managed to resist temptation at the kiddies party this afternoon and had a lovely late tea tonight.... 3 lettuce wraps with egg mayo, prawn mayo and soft cheese, chopped avacado and ham and a handful olives. Felt very indulgent. Mmmm!

NellVarnish · 12/01/2013 23:04

Had a good day today, wasn't really hungry. Shock For the first time in years. Felt v. energetic and full of beans (not literally).

Had loads of water today, am quite thirsty though.

B: wasn't hungry and was in a hurry to go out so coffee on the run with lactose free milk and a Berocca
L: ham and cheese, celery
D: 2 big mushrooms with butter, bit of cheese and slice of salami on top done in foil in oven for half an hour - like mushroom pizzas, yum, and salad with a bit of mayo

Hope everyone's having a great weekend, I'm feeling so much better than I did this time last week. :)

Bandersnatch - it's not about not eating meat, it's more about eating fat. You must eat. Three meals a day, and mostly fat. Otherwise you will be hungry.

B: mushrooms and spicy sausage
Snack: cucumber, goose rillette, 1/2 avocado
L: chopped lettuce, steamed courgette, 2 hardboiled eggs chopped with Boursin, Greek yoghurt (in form of salt lassi to get in more water)
Snack: chicken satay
Supper: Waitrose chipolatas (0.7g/100g carbs, had 130g) leek and broccoli
Snack: 1l salt lassi to get in more water (1 cup Greek yoghurt, 2 1/2 cups water, salt, cinnamon)
plus several cups decaf coffee and soya milk.

I am finding it hard to get the water down my throat!

RatherBeOnThePiste · 13/01/2013 06:54

Morning Boot Camp chums.

Off rowing.

Two things. It is frrizzzzinnn and secondly I've not been able to go on the water since before Christmas. I fear I am doomed. If I don't make it, I leave you my ketostix. There is probably enough for one each.

Smile
TheHumancatapult · 13/01/2013 07:44

Brrrr at rowing on water pulls duvet up

slatternlymother · 13/01/2013 08:13

Grin piste!

Enjoy your rowing!

Weighed self this morning, another 2lbs gone. 9lbs so far!! Feel very rewarded after being so stressed on Friday and feeling so sad about not being able to stuff my greedy little face (wish there was a piggy emoticon)

Duty Tech today, but once search and rescue have done their thing, I can just go home and be on the bleeper, so not too bad a duty tbh.

Hope you are all doing something lovely today.

NellVarnish · 13/01/2013 08:23

Good luck Pistey, have fun!

Morning losers- just caught up on thread as I was working yesterday then straight out to a 40th where I had my planned fall off the wagon.

Am hoping the dancing will have burned off some of the vodka.

Prolificmincepiebreeder · 13/01/2013 08:37

Morning all! My plateau was broken with a one pound over night loss! Hip, hip hurray!
Have a stinking head cold mind.
