Last one filled up really quickly, so here is a brand, spanking and distinctly thinner thread for you to fill up.

First week loss 4.6lbs. I think I was hoping for more as I've been really good. BUT, that's the mosti've ever lost on the first week of any diet so onwards and downwards. :)

2kg here, hurrah. Good first week!! On to the next one.
B: scrambled eggs and smoken salmon
L: sashimi and miso soup

so far today!

5.5 for me since last Monday. Am pretty pleased as I have cheated a bit with booze & Pepsi max.

Half thanks for recommending the dvd, it says up to 12 months so ive emailed them to ask would it be helpful for a 16 month old. on mumsnet people say if you can afford it go to a sleep specialist, they are like £245 a consultation! well i am flipping trying to pay the bills here, and i just figured why don't i train to be a sleep therapist?? that way, sort my dd out and land my fortunes. surely it can't be that hard? (yeah, its easy telling everyone else what they should do, but a nightmare trying to do it yourself!)

If you're asked again, you simply tell them that they aren't for you but you're buying for someone else.

Or - ask for the store manager to come and explain why you can't buy them. It's not as if you are planning to use them for something illegal, is it?!

A quick Google reveals that it's a common problem, and it's been going on for some time - I read some posts from 2002 complaining about it!
