We've nearly grown out of the last thread here so i started the new one.

We're all doing different things but we're all here to support each other on the journey. We kick each other when we need it and offer sympathy when that's more appropriate.

Thank you

Oh and guess who can't get back to sleep have tried for ages so that be a early workout for me then but trouble is then want my breakfast then day has to many hours in it

Youcanringmybell · 05/10/2012 07:25

Human if you are up longer hours then you are burning more calories so have two small breakfasts - you cannot last so many hours in between meals...do not starve yourself!

FedUpOfRain · 05/10/2012 18:35

It's Friday!!! Grin fighting the urge to treat myself for no particular reason, but think I might have a couple of glasses of wine anyway!

Any exciting plans for tonight?

human wow, you are organised!! I'm looking forward to starting mine, I love Christmas but at the moment all I can think about is the lovely christmasy food...!

Had quite a good day today, exercised and had lots of fruit and veg. I need to stop rewarding my good days with rubbish food and drink though, feel like I am cancelling out all the good I've been doing (would properly explain why the weight loss is slowing down) Angry

Hope you are ok after your crash D0G

TheHumancatapult · 05/10/2012 19:07

Outch Dog and yup I reckon needed for the shock hopeyour ok

Fed up

With 4dc and just me I tend have to be but get lot done online mostly so not as organised as it sounds

Youcanringmybell · 06/10/2012 08:08

DOG I hope you are ok? Fish and chipc one night isn't a failure..You had a very bad day no doubt.
I haven't been as strict and today I am out most of the day and am probably going to be a bit naughty...but will have a VERY good day on Sunday to make up for it.

Weigh in will be modest again this week but if I am losing every week then I am happy. I feel like this is becoming a way of life now and not a punishment which is a relief. I must say this has been the LONGEST if have persvered for years without completely falling off the wagon for months at a time.

JohnnyDeppsfuturewife · 06/10/2012 09:57

dog I hope you're ok, what a crap day!

Had friends over yesterday and despite them bringing lots of treats I only had three small flapjacks. We've still got a load of cakes left and it's going to be a test of my willpower not to eat them. So for dinner I had an innocent pot. Thanks for recommending youcan it was lovely.

Had a sneaky weigh-in and I haven't gone down since Monday but I won't give up. I knew this would be hard.

Tortoise · 06/10/2012 13:06

Hi.
Busy week with crap eating!
But carnival costumes finally finished ready for carnival later. Added pics to profile Smile.

Weigh in Monday won't be good. Plus AF arrived a few days early yesterday.

Will try and get back on form next week.

TheHumancatapult · 06/10/2012 14:28

Same here have never stuck to a diet and working out so long before think 2 weeks . But find the excersise tad addictive hate thought of it but once started doing I then enjoy .
Though dialled it back from last 2 weeks but was. Wanting to make my 8lb goal

TheHumancatapult · 07/10/2012 05:04

Arghh one day I don't get up early to work out before the kids and school rush and come 5am I am wide awake !!!

Kids had take away pizza last night , had to go upstairs to get away From it , ds2 had my favourite . He left some ,had to throw straight into bin Sador would eaten it but I would not stopped at one slice would been the 3 then something else

Youcanringmybell · 07/10/2012 09:01

well done - avoiding pizza is terribly hard! I ended up pigging out last night but felt so sick in the night it won't happen again for a while. i needed a break and I am happy to go back to normal today. Chicken casserole today and lots of veg. yummy.

Well done dog you will love the beginners running club. Think of getting back into the running myself soon. I was struggling because I weighed so much but as I have lost a bit I am hpoping that the run will be a little bit easier. Just twenty mins a morning to start off with i think Smile

TheHumancatapult · 07/10/2012 13:48

Dog slightly helped as I went gluten free a while ago and had weekend away and ate what I want including bread and belly ache was not nice throwing leftovers straight in bin helps get kids do second they finshed so not lying around to be picked at

TheHumancatapult · 08/10/2012 06:42
