WW Weekly Club??

Hello. I couldn't help but notice the old WW thread is long and has been going a while.

I'd love other weight watchers members to join me and report their weekly weigh ins, perhaps we could keep a stats chart (a la the Antenatal clubs) to keep us motivated, you know, name, start weight, start date, goal weight, height, points allowance, current weight loss to date etc. and update it monthly...anyone interested?

So, here's mine: Start weight 14st 1lb (arghh!), goal weight 9st 7lb, height 5'4 started 23 February and have lost 3.5lbs so far. I'm breastfeeding DD2 (8 weeks old) so am allowed 33 points.

Anyone else?

I am back on it online. Did well after Xmas and lost almost a stone, but have a niggly 4lbs i still want to lose and zero willpower.

AND I'm on 18 points which is a total killer.

I have kept the weight off though which is good.

CountessDracula · 27/06/2006 10:10

Well I have ground to a halt (which I was expecting tbh) after losing 2/2/3 in the first three weeks, nothing this week

Still, I didn't put anything on so am NOT getting disheartened. Plus am a bit pmtish so think some may be water retentions

Willow thanks! I thought you looked great too Not sure you really need to lose weight but hey if you want to this WW thing seems pretty good.

Enid I agree, stick to the points they say or save the extra up for a blow out at the weekend

Oddly I am not having any probs with will-power (YET!) The points tracker thing is so brilliant it really makes me stick to the straight and narrow.

Dior think you should change your name to MarjorieDawes

puddle · 27/06/2006 10:17

Dior - any advice for those last few llbs? I want to lose about another 4-6 but I've remained static for the last two weeks.

18 points is miserable....

Enid · 27/06/2006 10:18

40g of cereal is bugger all

CountessDracula · 27/06/2006 10:21

60g of Grape Nuts is only 3 pts (3.5 with skimmed milk) and that is enough and is very filling

puddle · 27/06/2006 10:28

Enid I have porridge most mornings because of the cereal issue!

I also can't bring myself to use low fat anything. Would rather go without

Enid · 27/06/2006 10:29

very cross that breastfeeding mums cant use the online resource

CountessDracula · 27/06/2006 10:30

Amaretti biscuits are good for nibbles

3 are 1.5 pts (valentina ones)

CountessDracula · 27/06/2006 10:30

why not enid?

Enid · 27/06/2006 10:30

My cereal is 4 points but is very expensive granola from deli and i am NOT throwing it away

Enid · 27/06/2006 10:31

they don't offer it
they ask you if bfeeding and if you tick it they dont let you in

have lied and said not bfeeding and will have to keep track of extra 10 points in head (lethal)

CountessDracula · 27/06/2006 10:31

so feed it to dh

Granola is +++ points you are better off with shreddies or grape nuts or making bircher muesli imo

CountessDracula · 27/06/2006 10:32

Or you could say you were heavier than you are. I wonder how heavy you have to be to warrant 30 points.

Enid · 27/06/2006 10:35

or a bloke

CountessDracula · 27/06/2006 10:35
