WW Weekly Club??

Hello. I couldn't help but notice the old WW thread is long and has been going a while.

I'd love other weight watchers members to join me and report their weekly weigh ins, perhaps we could keep a stats chart (a la the Antenatal clubs) to keep us motivated, you know, name, start weight, start date, goal weight, height, points allowance, current weight loss to date etc. and update it monthly...anyone interested?

So, here's mine: Start weight 14st 1lb (arghh!), goal weight 9st 7lb, height 5'4 started 23 February and have lost 3.5lbs so far. I'm breastfeeding DD2 (8 weeks old) so am allowed 33 points.

Anyone else?

Have to escape from this computer first. Managed about an hour cycling yesterday plus hour yoga. Today just been tied to computer.

I am now on 21 points, and was oly really a stone and a half over my ideal weight when I started a ww after dd. So she just added on 5 points..which for me was great. and I lost my weight in about 6 weeks

dinny · 28/06/2006 21:38

mmm, have just had a WW rose wine made into a spritzer - a huge glass for only one point. Fab!

willow2 · 29/06/2006 10:18

CD - your rhubarb mention has saved the day. Just the thing for a sweet (aspartamane, which will no doubt rot my brain but has no points) kick - good mixed into porridge, too. Just realised though that I have forgotten to take my thyroxine for two days, so doubt I'll have lost an ounce and will probably have put on half a stone instead.

CountessDracula · 29/06/2006 12:31

Yes I put some splenda into it, not something I would normally do. (though I think splenda not aspartame)

willow2 · 29/06/2006 15:02

Am big on Splenda too - least artificial.

Dior, how much heavier do you reckon being pre-menstrual makes people? 2lbs? or even 10

at least 2lb's worth of chocolate, Dior, lol.

willow2 · 30/06/2006 14:36

ANy idea how many points in two boiled mint sweets? Did an hour of box fit that nearly killed me, it was only DS's stash of sweets in the glove compartment that kept the car on the road on the way home.

Can recommed Be Good To Yourself maple cereal bars - between 1 and 11/2 points by my calculations and bloody lovely.

is splenda totally free?

willow2 · 01/07/2006 11:43

Well, it says artificial sweeteners are free - and that is what Splenda is. Hope so as I've been living on the stuff.

willow2 · 01/07/2006 12:47
