WW Weekly Club??

Hello. I couldn't help but notice the old WW thread is long and has been going a while.

I'd love other weight watchers members to join me and report their weekly weigh ins, perhaps we could keep a stats chart (a la the Antenatal clubs) to keep us motivated, you know, name, start weight, start date, goal weight, height, points allowance, current weight loss to date etc. and update it monthly...anyone interested?

So, here's mine: Start weight 14st 1lb (arghh!), goal weight 9st 7lb, height 5'4 started 23 February and have lost 3.5lbs so far. I'm breastfeeding DD2 (8 weeks old) so am allowed 33 points.

Anyone else?

how did you det on lillyput. Our leader has brought in some animal fat in a vacumed packed bag and you should frrl what half a pound looks like and weighs. I was always p**sed off when only losing that but now i am not. She also brought in helf a stone and that was revolting. You can't ever believe that you are carring that around with you until you feel it. Doesn't matter if you lose a bit its something and if you don't loose at all get back in to the swing of things right away.

Doom and gloom!! I've put on 0.5lb!! I felt really bloated this morning which didn't help. I think 2 weeks without excercise has caught up with me and bitten me on my big fat bum! I also think that after losing 3.5lbs last week I was feeling a little cocky, but I still didn't gi over my points. Never mind, start a fresh today and vow to do some jumping around this week and drink more water.

that is the spirit keep on going. I have lost 14 ibs so far and get weighed every friday so i will let you know how i got on. If you are feeling bloated that could have been the reason you know. I put on a 1ib and half the other week and my leader said it was prob because i was constipated. I was fine the week later after i ahd eaten loads of beans.

I didn't like to say but I am feeling quite constipated!! I have just done 30 minutes of Davina and now I am going to make myself a fruit salad with some apricots and raisins in it to get the old bowels back on track. Sorry about that!!Blush

try alpen aswell. I know its a bit bland but that really gets it going. Prunes and figs are suppose to be good aswell but im not keen on them. my constipation was that bad i ended up all the doctors and she gave me fibergel which tastes bloody discusting and lacose to help me go and its working. Have you tried those yoghurts that are suppose to help you can't think of the name?

After stuffing myself with cakes, crisps and you name it for the last 2 weeks i have stayed the same!
Whats that all about?!
I SO didnt want to got to ww this week as i was sure that i would have gained BIG TIME!
Am quite pleased and back on it with determination and vigour.

Be warned!!Those 2 naughty weeks might catch up with you a little further a long the line so if you want to see a loss this week you will have to be really really good!! Sorry about that, not very encouraging. Well done for getting back on track though, it is all to easy just to think that damage is done so stuff it!!

Yesterday, one of my female colleagues mentioned how much slimmer I was looking and this morning, one of my male colleagues who I have not seen for a couple of months asked what I had been doing because I was looking so slim! He also said how good I was looking Grin. That is the kind of compliment that will help keep me on track with counting points. GrinGrin

In terms of exercise I've been running around the park for the last couple of weeks and this weekend I'm hoping to do 2 x 3 miles. In addition to this, I'm doing one of Davina's workouts plus Billy Blanks TaeBo Abs and Glutes video. In addition I'm going to the gym at work twice a week. I'm really determined to be streamline by summer - just hope I don't collapse in the process!!Smile

YIPEEE!!! After last weeks disasterous gain of 0.5lb I have lost 3lbs this week, reached my 10% target and am only 2.5lbs away from getting to my goal weight. I really hope it doesn't go tits up next week! My weight finally starts with a 9!

Excellent Lilliput. Good going! I've still got 8.5 lbs to go to get to goal but I've managed to lose atleast a pound a week. I'm slacking this week. The kids are home and I've been nibbling.

OH NO!!! I put on 11/2 lbs!!Shock My first gain. I knew it would happen. My MIL brought us a load of yummy cheese back from France and I couldn't stop myself. Oh weel - I needed a kick up the bum. This will get me back on course. Just dug me veggie patch so should of burnt off a few calories.

Im at goal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
3lbs loss last week,thats 23lbs total down and im 9stone on the dot and at goal........Im so chuffed!
Im sticking to it as i want to get another 5lbs off if i can, but dont have to pay any more. God it feels good, im so proud of myself.GrinSmileGrinSmileGrinSmile

Very pleased am almsot lighter than I was in 1998!

RE ACCESS ETOOL CODE. hi there, i have finally decided to go back and have another go at WW, i have the previous book and slide but am going to do the diet with a friend at home (hubby works odd shifts and moneys a bit tight!)i have been looking at the sight and am interested in the new access tools, i was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to pass this code on to me, app its in the frount of the book. it would be really appreciated

There is no code on the front of the book for WW. You have to attend a meeting, and get a leaflet from the leader, but that is only for a free 2 week trial.

hi all.
its been ages since i've visited this site..
still takin stats or is that too long gone?
anyway, here are mine
start weight; 12st 5 lbs (april 05)
current weight 9st 12(goal) reached oct 05
height 5'4.. age 32. mum of 2..
have maintained goal weight tho do gain couple of lbs if i fall off the wagon but keeping a close eye on it..
ideally i would like to weigh 9st but cant seem to get motivated to shift anymore..

Well I started (yet again) this week - weighin on a thursday in some crummy church room (Express weighin no talk) but it is the only class I can get to, and trying by myself doesn't work!

I aim to lsoe 1 stone by the start of June - any more will be a bonus!

Will need plenty of encouragement - hopefully you will all help me!

I have got just half a pound to go to get to my goal weight, I can't believe how easy it has been. Mind you I was bloody annoyed I didn't get there at the last weigh in on Tuesday. Oh well, it will happen next week!
