docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AvRbpLOgvgpTdDQ3NGxMNV9ETjJDaVRYYW1IZlFtYVE&pli=1#gid=0

Not a good result for me - hopefully others will do better and keep the overall total losses high!

One pound on, hopefully hats just from the wedding! Onward and downwards. Am off on hols in seven weeks so would love to be another stone down by then.

HumphreyCobbler · 25/06/2012 08:56

9.3 this morning.

SO pleased. Thank you all for your words of encouragement on Friday. I have dropped two pounds since then. Smile

BIWI you are incredibly helpful - I really appreciate it!

NotMostPeople · 25/06/2012 09:13

1lb down this week, slowly going down.

BIWItheBold · 25/06/2012 09:18
Smile

You are more than welcome, Humph - glad to see you're doing so well!

and you too, NMP!

I'm slowly going down as well, just over a pound this week - but a fair chunk down from the start of bootcamp. New clothes shopping this week I think. Smile

WillieWaggledagger · 25/06/2012 09:28

marking place

thanks for kicking off another week biwi

puffylovett · 25/06/2012 09:30

No change for me on the spreadsheet, still at 162. Haven't weighed in for 2 weeks - went on hols, put on 5lbs, came home and lost it Grin

MsRinky · 25/06/2012 09:31

3lb off this week! Yay me.

teaandthorazine · 25/06/2012 10:03

10 at 5lb for me. So that's a pound on but I can live with that considering how badly I did early in the week!

teaandthorazine · 25/06/2012 10:04

Have definitely lost more inch-wise anyway, am feeling positively skinny some days Wink

GreenEyesAndHam · 25/06/2012 10:17

STS for me

Slooowwww going now, I only want to lose another 3lb!

TooImmatureTurtleDoves · 25/06/2012 10:26

Thank you for updating me on the s/sheet, somebody! Confused, though - lots of people seem to have their weight in the loss column - either that or somebody really did lose 202lbs this week!

sybilfaulty · 25/06/2012 10:32

2lb off for me, please.

BIWI, what is this week 3/4 slowdown of which you speak? Does this mean that I am going to STS for a bit then suddenly lose if I have stuck to the programme?

Well done to everyone who has lost / weighed / posted today .

Thegoddessblossom · 25/06/2012 10:32

is this the weigh in thread or the chat thread?

FiddleDeFat · 25/06/2012 10:38

Turtle when you put in your weight the blue columns will do the calculations. So the first blue column is last weeks weight minus this weeks weight - so if your weight is not input yet it will read the same as last weeks weight. Does this make any sense?

I'll come along at some point late on Tuesday and carry forward the weights of anyone who has not updated their weight this week. This will allow us to see accurate totals and averages at the bottom of the spreadsheet.

I'll also add a few more columns to the spreadsheet for the next few weeks.

MNP · 25/06/2012 10:45

0.4lbs on this week but expected

GreenEyesAndHam · 25/06/2012 10:52

Haven't said it for a while so... loving your work with the spreadsheet Fiddle

FiddleDeFat · 25/06/2012 11:01

Why, thank you. Are we up for another 10 weeks to be added to it? Grin

TooImmatureTurtleDoves · 25/06/2012 11:07

Yes, yes, add another 10 weeks! I need them all! Still got 2 stone to go until target (18lbs to be in healthy weight range, sigh).

Yes, that makes sense, Fiddle.

BIWItheBold · 25/06/2012 11:10

sybil - what people often find with low carbing (as have you) is that weeks 1 and 2 see a big loss. In weeks 3 and 4, typically, this will slow right down or even stop. I think it's to do with the body shifting to burning fat rather than carbs, and probably a bit of 'catching up' - it's really easy to panic at this stage and think it's not working any more. And it's even easier to get depressed about it and have a huge 'Fuck It' moment, and fall face first into pasta, pizza, chocolate, cream cakes ...!

For it to all continue to work, you need to make sure that you don't do that, and you keep going - and then weight loss will then continue after that. But it will be at a much slower rate (which will, long term, be much more sustainable)

FiddleDeFat · 25/06/2012 11:20

Ditto BIWI. I lost 5 pounds in the 5 days before bootcamp started (I started early) and then 8 pounds the next week. Weight loss has gradually slowed down and I've averaged 1lb loss over the last three weeks.

I do wish I had taken measurements at the start though as it may be more indicative at this slowing down stage - I have lost 1.5 inches off my waist in the last week.

sybilfaulty · 25/06/2012 11:31

Thanks so much for that, really makes sense. I feel so much slimmer and fitter, though clearly got a wee way to go yet! Half a stone in 2 weeks is still good, but I suppose I am just envious of those like Fiddle who lost 13lb inthe first 2 weeks! I know it's not a competition but I want to be slim and gorgeous NOW. Well, slim anyway. I can see clothes are fitting better and lard is going though. I am in my smaller bra which 2 weeks ago would have been unthinkable.

I should point out that my smaller bra is 32F so not exactly flat as a pancake yet! I can get my head into my bigger bra, and as for my bursing bras of old, you could have held a conference in there!

Am waffling now. Thanks for the support. You ladies make this diet thing SO much easier Flowers

sybilfaulty · 25/06/2012 11:35

Oh, arse, try Thanks

smokinaces · 25/06/2012 11:35

As predicted 2lb down. So next week should be a sts if the last six weeks are anything to go by!!

10 5 today. Seven weeks till the big birthday - would love to be in the 9s for that.

smokinaces · 25/06/2012 11:38

Total loss in ten weeks 16lb and 9.94%. I'll take that as my 10% body weight loss :-)
