docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AvRbpLOgvgpTdDQ3NGxMNV9ETjJDaVRYYW1IZlFtYVE&pli=1#gid=0

Not a good result for me - hopefully others will do better and keep the overall total losses high!

Are there still that many of us?! I'm surprised. I thought we were down to a hard core.

That's good to hear.

And yes, well done everyone Grin

Time for a bit of shameless boasting from me.

When bootcamp started I had already started my low carb regime, so today marks my three month point. I've had some diet challenges in the time -two separate weeks of holiday, a wedding, a very boozy birthday party.

Despite these distractions, I have lost 25 pounds. I'm wearing size 18 jeans instead of size 22. My hair is shiny, my skin is clear and my nails are long and strong for the first time ever. I'm still very overweight - my ultimate target will be to lose 100 lbs - but I feel great.

BIWItheBold · 26/06/2012 20:48

That's brilliant, MsRinky - bloody well done! Thanks

Whoooop!! Well done msrinky :-)

CobOnTheCorn · 26/06/2012 20:59

Thanks BIWI. I haven't been very good at planning. In fact I should write a weekly meal plan and add everything I need to my online shopping order.

I know it sounds obvious!! But sometimes going back to basics helps.

BIWItheBold · 26/06/2012 22:10

Planning is especially important with this WOE, Cob.

Fab MrsRinky

FiddleDeFat · 26/06/2012 23:24

That's wonderful Ms Rinsky, I love a good boast on here. You say you've still got more weight to lose, but I bet you feel positively slinky.

FiddleDeFat · 26/06/2012 23:25

I've added 5 more weeks to the spreadsheet...

MrsHerculePoirot · 27/06/2012 06:56

Brill MrsRinky!

BIWItheBold · 27/06/2012 08:06

So we're all committed now! Thanks, Fiddle

Morning all and well done to all you loosersSmile

I have just got back this morning from a girlie break to Turkey and oh my word is was hot hot hotGrin

So with my newly tanned body I hopped on the scales, naked, after a wee and finally opened my eyes and to my shock no weight gainShock and to be honest i had my fair share of alcohol and a few chipsHmm Also have to say read 50 Shades Of Grey whilst there and oh my Grin

I am now back to bootcamp with vigour!

kitsmummy · 27/06/2012 11:40

Hello all, I'd really like to join this but is there a "rules" section somewhere that I can look at? Have lost 7lb in last month or so by just generally cutting back, eating loads more salad and few carbs. TIA

captainmummy · 27/06/2012 15:05

Rules are at the top of the Week 8 thread - dont know how to link, sorry.

Worth looking for tho, as i thought i was low-carbing but in fact was still eating loads of (hidden) carbs - stuff that you think is low-carb but isn't!

BIWItheBold · 27/06/2012 17:42

Here are the rules and list of allowed veg

mummyduff - well done you! Hope you had a good time.

Morning all this is a very quiet thread this weekSmile

I am just about to make the fab BIWI chilli, so its ready for dinner.

Had a little cheese for breakfast as no shopping done as yet, but the trusty Mr Waitrose should be coming soon, got to love himGrin

Have a fab day!

puffylovett · 29/06/2012 12:59

Mummy duff everyone's over on the week 11 chat thread (don't know how to link, soz!)

JaxTellerIsMyFriend · 30/06/2012 12:59

can someone please sort out my spreadsheet thingy... 196lbs now. I cant do lbs, I am a stone and oz girl. Grin

I have converted it though, I think

FiddleDeFat · 30/06/2012 13:32

Jax, I have put your weight in from the start on 16 April, and just guesstimated your loss down to 196lbs. Feel free to change it. We normally weigh-in on Monday morning so I've put the 196 in for next Monday's date, but again feel free to change it come Monday.

If you look down the bottom of the spreadsheet there's a tab called 'Conversion' - it should help you change stones to pounds. Smile

FiddleDeFat · 30/06/2012 13:33

I have also added BIWI's rules and list of allowed veg to the spreadsheet - so all the info we need is in one place.

mummyduff · 30/06/2012 13:49

thanks puffy - been away so missed the link x

BIWItheBold · 30/06/2012 18:28
