A bit disappointed this morning, stayed the same as last week. Earlier on in the week I was down at least a pound or two so had expected a bit more.

I have been a bit too heavy on the processed food over the weekend (chorizo and bacon) so will lay off that for a few days.

Oh yeah, and I had a bottle of wine Blush. I did spread it out over friday/saturday/sunday night though. However I'm wondering if I'd have been better drinking the whole lot in one go and sticking to the WOE the rest of the time.

Only 0.8 down this week. I was on course for a better loss, but was scuppered by my friend's birthday party on Saturday, from which I am still recovering.

I've lost 6lbs!!!

Although it isn't quite as fantastic as it sounds. I was on holiday for a week and ate stupid food so put on 5lbs. Last week I was trying to put things right and I'm very pleased I'm back to where I was minus a pound. Unfortunately I decided to treat myself to a sliver of cake on Saturday and it really derailed me so yesterday I binge ate lots of cake, biscuits and chocolate.

I feel embarassed to admit it but I'm back on track today and need to stay focussed for the rest of the week otherwise I'll never break the sugar habit..

sybilfaulty I've added you to the spreadsheet - I've put your starting weight at 100 but please change it if you wish. Just remenber to change it in column B as well, otherwise the formulae won't work.

catinboots I've added you too. Either post your starting date/weight and any loss here and I'll add it to the spreadsheet - or you can do it yourself. Please put your starting weight in column B as well as under the relevant date.

Well on the losses.Tried to record my weight on the spreadsheet but I can't do it - maybe its the iPad and maybe is my lack of techy expertise - no matter, this week I have lost 1.5lbs should have been more but I went out for dinner yesterday and it was very carry - will be better this week - promise Grin

wierd - cant post at all from my iphone, no message box on the page anymore.
Anyway, STS the same for me - which is good as it is 'fat' week of the month and went off track a bit at the weekend as a pub tea and a camping trip (lasagne, lemon tart, few chocs)
back on strict track this week to try and hit 9.7 before end of july

creamtea my iPhone was playing up like crazy on this site earlier. Seems fixed now though.

I've tried to put my new weight in the spreadsheet but I think I may have out it in the wrong place or something as it hasn't changed anywhere - trying to do it from my phone though. This mornin weight is 8s6lb though I suspect that loss is pretty much all water as I can't see very much difference.

Oh sorry. Obviously my technical incompetence!!! Yes, it's 10lb but I honestly think its fluid because I've noticed a huge difference re bloating but I don't think my 'solid' self looks much different. I must take some measurements though so I can compare.

I have stayed the same this week - which is pretty impressive when you consider the amount of chocolate I have eaten!

I am currently debating visiting the uni shop - persuade me I shouldn't! Maybe I can have a cup of tea instead...Its just boredom/not wanting to study any more that makes me want anything that will distract me. Less than 2 weeks left though!

3 pounds down. Only 2 pounds up on pre holiday lowest weight so very pleased :)
