4.2lbs down this morning - finally a move in the right direction.

and I've upped the carbs a bit this week too - less hungry and more off - how does that work?

SharonGless · 25/06/2012 06:56

2lbs off on the scales this morning but not sure how!

SharonGless · 25/06/2012 06:58

Well donoe doradoo - that's a massive loss. Not sure on the science bit maybe your body holding onto water?

sybilfaulty · 25/06/2012 07:05

Only 2lb off for me this morning. To be honest, I thought it would be more as I feel a lot thinner. Stil, 7.5lbs in 2 weeks is not bad. I might weigh again tomorrow and see if I have miraculously lost another 4lbs...

Good luck to everyone weighing today Smile

Stayed the same - have slight suspicion I am consuming too much Greek yogurt so have knocked that one on the head. Am a way for a few days this week so I'll be boot camping where I can and not getting too obsessive about it.

WillieWaggledagger · 25/06/2012 07:44

no change this week, but that's ok because i had a couple of wine evenings for birthdays

also i'm within about 7lb of ideal weight and i feel that if it comes off really slowly it's more likely to be sustainable

WillieWaggledagger · 25/06/2012 07:47

having said that i'm not 100% convinced of scales, as i did notice that i had lost 7% body fat overnight which is physically not possible!

I have started a new weigh-in thread for this week

Well done, doradoo - just keep an eye on those carbs though. Too many will result in the weight loss slowing/reversing!

sybil - am I right in thinking that this is the end of week 2 for you? If so, just be prepared for the week 3/4 slow down. Don't panic if this happens, just keep on keeping on!

Willie - I think you're absolutely right about things slowing down towards target. And the other way to look at it - how brilliant that you can maintain your weight despite a couple of wine evenings!
